Plant and method for processing plastic preforms with pneumatic conveyor or transport shuttle
Plant for processing plastic preforms, includes an injection-moulding machine for producing the plastic preforms, a sterile blow-moulding machine for forming the plastic preforms into plastic containers, and a transport system for transporting, at least partially and/or in portions, the produced plastic preforms from the injection-moulding machine to the blow-moulding machine, wherein during transport, the plastic preforms can be guided in particular at a mouth region of the plastic preforms. The transport system includes a sterile pneumatic conveyor or a plurality of transport shuttles, in particular magnetic shuttles, and the plastic preforms are transported from the injection-moulding machine to the blow-moulding machine by the sterile pneumatic conveyor or magnetic shuttle.

An aseptic molding process of a container starting from a parison (20) made of a thermoplastic material, comprising steps of: blowing a first fluid into the parison (20) located in a mould (10); introducing the first fluid into the compensating chamber (14) of the mould (10) through an inlet (15); evacuating the first fluid from the molded container; evacuating the first fluid from the compensating chamber (14) through an outlet (16) fashioned therein; sterilising the compensating chamber (14) by supplying to the inlet (15) a second fluid containing a sterilising agent and evacuating the second fluid from the outlet (16) of the compensating chamber (14).
METHOD OF EXTRUSION BLOW MOLDING USING A LIQUID
A method of making a container via a simultaneous filling and forming of the container with a liquid product is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of extruding a parison (12, 2), capturing a portion of the parison (12, 2) within a mold (15), and inflating the captured portion of the parison (12, 2) against the mold (15). The captured portion of the parison (12, 2) is inflated against the mold (15) by introducing the liquid product into an interior of the captured portion of the parison (12, 2), wherein the liquid product forms an end product to be sealed within the resultant container.

Apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers includes a transport device for transporting the plastic preforms, wherein the transport device has a movable carrier on which a plurality of forming stations are arranged, wherein the forming stations each form a cavity having forming moulds configured to receive plastic preforms which are formable into plastic containers within this cavity when acted upon by a flowable medium and expanded. The forming stations further includes an applicator which acts upon the plastic preforms with the flowable medium, and at least one connecting line configured to guide the flowable medium to the applicator. The apparatus also has a sterilization device, whereby at least a section of this connecting line can be at least temporarily pressurized with a sterilization medium.

A method of operating a container treatment system, wherein a plurality of parameters of the container treatment system, which are characteristic for the treatment of containers in the container treatment system, are variable and wherein the parameters are each linked to at least one value characteristic of the containers to be treated, wherein for each parameter a plurality of reference parameter values are stored in a storage device, wherein at least one characteristic value of the containers to be treated is entered at a user interface and, on the basis of this entry and the stored reference parameter values, a combination of parameter values for the parameters is calculated.

Method for producing a filled and closed container, and device for carrying out the method and container produced thereby
A method produces a filled and closed container by the blow-moulding, filling and closing method. An initially open container part (52) is held in a mould (46) and has been vacuum-moulded and/or blow-moulded by a blow pin and is filled successively with media (74, 76) of different types, in particular viscosity, by metering units (12, 14) via its free, upwardly directed container-part opening (54). The filled-in media (74, 76) are separated from one another in the container part (52), and subsequently, by closing of the top mould halves (56, 58) of the mould (46). A container top part (60) is moulded, and the container part (52) is closed, forming the container.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIQUID-CONTAINING CONTAINER
A liquid container manufacturing method includes: a liquid blow molding step of molding a preform into a liquid container; and a headspace formation step of forming a headspace, by discharging, in a state in which a liquid supply path is closed, a liquid out of the liquid container through a discharge port, the discharge accomplished by drawing-in by a liquid drawing source. In the headspace formation step, a pressurized gas is supplied from a pressurized gas supply source into the liquid container through a gas supply port to thereby assist the discharge, by the drawing-in, of the liquid out of the liquid container through the discharge port, and, when a pressure in a discharge path has increased to a set value, the supply of the pressurized gas by the pressurized gas supply source is stopped.
