(1) for moulding a container starting with a parison (3) in plastic material, comprising: two half-moulds (4a, 4b) defining at least one housing cavity (5) for the parson (3); a stretching rod (23), made of metal material and insertable into said parson (3) to stretch it; a hollow body (25), made of metal material, sized so as to envelop at least partially the parison (3) placed in said housing cavity (5), a voltage difference being applied between the stretching rod (23) and the hollow body (25) so as to generate a plasma inside said housing cavity (5), said plasma having a pressure equal to or higher than the atmospheric pressure.

Method for moulding and sterilizing a container made of plastic material, comprising the steps of: opening a mould (4) made of metal material; inserting a parison (3) into the mould (4); closing the mould (4); inserting a stretching rod (23) made of metal material into the parison (3); blowing and stretching the parison (3) in such a manner as to obtain the container; keeping the stretching rod (23) inside the moulded container; evacuating the blowing fluid; applying a voltage difference between the stretching rod (23) and the closed mould (4) in such a manner as to transform the fluid at atmospheric pressure remaining inside the moulded container into plasma.

An apparatus for shaping plastics material pre-form into plastics material containers, comprises a blow mold device which forms a cavity inside. The plastics material pre-forms are expanded to form the plastics material containers. The blow mold device has a first blow mold part, a second blow mold part, and a base part. A blow mold carrier device holds the blow mold device. The blow mold carrier device has a first carrier part for holding the first blow mold part and a second carrier part for holding the second blow mold part. A third carrier part holds the base part. A circular sterilization path (CD) is divided into a front sterilization path (Pd) having a preform sterilization section formed and a rear sterilization path (Bd) having a molded-container sterilization section formed. A single electron beam sterilization device simultaneously sterilizes a preform (P) and a molded container (B), achieving effective sterilization and a size reduction of equipment.

An apparatus for shaping plastics material pre-forms into containers includes a blow molding station on a movable conveying device. The station has a blow mold forming a cavity in which the pre-forms are expandable by a gaseous medium. A stressing device acts upon the pre-forms with the gaseous medium to expand them. A clean room surrounds the blow molding station at least in part. A stretching unit stretches the pre-forms along their longitudinal direction and includes a stretch bar movable with respect to the plastics material pre-forms. The stretch bar is insertable into the pre-forms. The station has a receiving space with a wall for receiving the stretch bar, which is movable relative to the receiving space and which surrounds the stretch bar at least in part. A flexible sealing device, which separates a sterile room area from a non-sterile room area, is arranged inside the receiving space.

An apparatus for shaping plastic preforms into plastic containers is disclosed. Said apparatus comprises a conveying device on which a plurality of blowing stations are arranged. Each of said blowing stations encompasses a blow mold, within which a plastic preform can be shaped into a plastic container. The apparatus further comprises a clean chamber, within which the plastic preforms can be conveyed. According to the invention, the zone of the conveying device in which the blowing stations are arranged is located in the clean chamber, and at least one additional zone of the conveying device is located outside the clean chamber.

Disclosed is an apparatus for shaping plastic preforms into containers, having a transport device, which transports the plastic preforms to be shaped along a transport path, wherein the transport device has a rotatable transport carrier wherein a plurality of shaping stations are arranged. The shaping stations each have blow-molding devices which the preforms are shaped by applying a flowable medium. The shaping stations have application devices which apply the flowable medium to the preforms, wherein the shaping stations have stretching devices for stretching the preforms in a longitudinal direction. The stretching devices have at least one stretching rod which can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the preforms and can be inserted into the plastic preforms. The device has a clean room, which the plastic preforms are expanded into the plastic containers, and a sealing device to seal the clean room from a non-sterile environment, and closed with a cover device.
