Mold filling machine for producing and filling containers made from preforms, comprising a mold filling station with a mold for receiving a preform, wherein the mold has an opening, such that an opening region of the preform in the mold is accessible, the mold filling station having a treatment unit with at least two treatment subunits, which are arranged movably in the treatment unit in such a way that the treatment subunits can be positioned alternately over the opening and the treatment unit has a sealing element, which can be positioned over the opening of the mold in such a way as to form a gastight space, which includes the interior space of the preform and/or container and the treatment subunits.

An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers having a transport device which transports the preforms to be formed along a predetermined transport path, wherein the transport device has a rotatable transport carrier on which a plurality of forming stations are arranged which each have a blow-molding device within which the preforms can be formed into the containers. The forming stations each have a pressurizing device which pressurizes the preforms with a flowable medium, i.e., compressed air, wherein the pressurizing device subjects the preforms to a preblowing pressure, at least one and preferably two intermediate blowing pressures, and a final blowing pressure. The apparatus has a detection device which is configured for detecting at least one value characteristic of the plastic container, wherein depending on this value characteristic of the container, the duration of the pressure rise time of at least one intermediate blowing pressure can be regulated.

The sensor device is arranged in a supply line which can be brought into flow connection with the reservoir.

Disclosed is an apparatus for shaping plastic preforms into containers, having a transport device, which transports the plastic preforms to be shaped along a transport path, wherein the transport device has a rotatable transport carrier wherein a plurality of shaping stations are arranged. The shaping stations each have blow-molding devices which the preforms are shaped by applying a flowable medium. The shaping stations have application devices which apply the flowable medium to the preforms, wherein the shaping stations have stretching devices for stretching the preforms in a longitudinal direction. The stretching devices have at least one stretching rod which can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the preforms and can be inserted into the plastic preforms. The device has a clean room, which the plastic preforms are expanded into the plastic containers, and a sealing device to seal the clean room from a non-sterile environment, and closed with a cover device.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORMING PLASTIC PREFORMS INTO PLASTIC CONTAINERS
Disclosed is an apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, having a blow molding device with at least two blow mold side parts and a base part movable in a longitudinal direction of the plastic container, wherein the blow mold side parts and the base part form a cavity, within which the plastic preforms can be formed into the plastic containers through exposure to a flowable medium. The apparatus has a movable carrier on which a plurality of blow molding devices are arranged, and the blow mold side parts are arranged respectively on a first mold carrier and a second mold carrier, which are movable with respect to a main shaft that is stationary relative to the carrier for opening and/or closing. An opening and/or closing movement of the first mold carrier takes place by a first angle, and an opening and/or closing movement of the second mold carrier takes place by a second angle, wherein the first angle and the second angle are substantially identical.
Apparatus for shaping plastic preforms, comprising a sterile chamber
An apparatus for shaping plastic preforms into plastic containers is disclosed. Said apparatus comprises a conveying device on which a plurality of blowing stations are arranged. Each of said blowing stations encompasses a blow mold, within which a plastic preform can be shaped into a plastic container. The apparatus further comprises a clean chamber, within which the plastic preforms can be conveyed. According to the invention, the zone of the conveying device in which the blowing stations are arranged is located in the clean chamber, and at least one additional zone of the conveying device is located outside the clean chamber.
