Method and apparatus for preparing a liner for a composite pressure container
Blow moulding a container, including extruding a tube shaped, hollow, elongated parison from an extrusion head having one free end; and closing a moulding equipment around the parison. The moulding equipment includes a moulding cavity and at least one aperture providing an opening into the moulding cavity from outside the moulding equipment. An excess section of the parison is arranged inside the at least one aperture. The free end of the parison is kept in place in the moulding equipment opposite the at least one aperture. The method includes holding the excess section of the parison within the at least one aperture via a holding force; cutting the parison outside the equipment, thereby providing an open end; arranging a blow pin to close the open end of the parison; and blowing pressurised gas from the blow pin into the parison, thereby forming a blow moulded container within the moulding cavity.
PREFORM FOR BIAXIAL STRETCHING BLOW MOLDING, CONTAINER, PROCESS FOR PRODUCING PREFORM FOR BIAXIAL STRETCHING BLOW MOLDING, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CONTAINER
A preform is biaxially stretch blow molded into a container by using a liquid as a pressurizing medium. The preform is formed in a bottomed tubular shape including a mouth, a trunk, and a bottom by extrusion blow molding. The preform includes bottom parting lines, which are formed in the bottom due to the extrusion blow molding, and the bottom parting lines are configured to extend to the outer side from the axis of the bottom to divide the bottom into at least three parts in the circumferential direction. Further, a container is formed by biaxially stretch blow molding the preform by using the liquid as the pressurizing medium.
In-mold labeled container and molding process thereof
The objects of this invention are to set a predetermined height position for the portion of parison or preform that is the first to come in contact with body molding planes of a split mold and to prevent air from being trapped between in-mold labels and the container which is blow molded from the parison or the preform. In-mold labels are fixed to the entire outer surface of body of main container. An annular thinnest wall portion is formed in the wall of the body so that the thinnest wall portion is the first to come in contact with the body molding planes of a split mold. Under this construction, no bulge of air is formed between the body and the in-mold labels fixed to the entire surface of the body.
Hollow body forming mold and hollow body forming method
A hollow body forming mold includes left and right half molds, a bottom of the left half mold is provided with a left avoidance slot, a bottom of the right half mold is provided with a right avoidance slot, a left bottom slider is disposed in the left avoidance slot, a right bottom slider is disposed in the right avoidance slot, and the left and right bottom sliders constitute a group of sliders. The mold design resolves a difficult problem that a fabrication hole exists during forming of a hollow body with a built-in component by using an existing conventional process The hollow body forming method has the advantages of a short forming period, the high production efficiency, good combination between a built-in component and an inner wall of an fuel tank, and the high location stability.
Production device for fuel tank
A production device for a fuel tank, having two or more built-in components attached to an inside of a fuel tank body when the fuel tank body is formed, includes: jigs configured to have the built-in components placed thereon; and a feed robot, as a feed device, configured to feed the built-in components, along with the jigs having the built-in components placed thereon, to a position below molding dies. The feed device may feed the jig, having the built-in components placed thereon, to the position via a subsurface feed path leading to the position.
Container having coordinated mold part line and longitudinal seam
A container including a longitudinal overlapping seam extending from an end seam and a mold part line extending from the closed end of the container to the open end of the container. The container wall consists of a one-piece thermoplastic substrate.
Method and system for forming a bladder
A method for forming a bladder comprises providing a mold including a chamber wall having a first height and a cavity wall having a second height. The cavity wall is surrounded by the chamber wall and defines a plurality of cavities. A first sheet, a second sheet, and a gasket are provided to the mold, whereby the gasket is disposed adjacent to at least one of the first sheet and the second sheet. The mold is moved such that a peripheral portion of the at least one of the first sheet and the second sheet and the gasket are compressed by the chamber wall. A first pressure is provided between the first sheet and the second sheet through the gasket to form a plurality of chambers, and the mold is moved to a second position to seal the first pressure between the first sheet and the second sheet.
APPARATUS AND METHOD TO FORM HOLLOW CONTAINERS
Apparatus for forming hollow containers (110), suitable to contain in particular one or more liquid or semi-liquid food products, starting from parisons (F) made of thermoplastic material. The apparatus comprises a matrix (11) defined by a pair of molds (12) cooperating with each other to define a cavity (13) shaped like the container (110) to be formed, and to define a support channel (14), configured to define an additional portion (112) of said container (110). The apparatus also comprises a forming punch (17), operatively mobile through said support channel (14) to enter into/exit from said cavity (13) so as to thrust and blow one of said parisons (F) against the walls of said cavity (13) to form at least said container (110).
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SHOE SOLE
A shoe includes a sole structure that defines a first supporting structure, a second supporting structure, and a third supporting structure, the first supporting structure being disposed within a forefoot region, the second supporting structure being disposed within a midfoot region, and the third supporting structure being disposed within a heel region. Each of the first supporting structure, the second supporting structure, and the third supporting structure define at least one curved surface, against which a plurality of plastic bodies are disposed. The plurality of plastic bodies comprise foamed plastic, define spheres or ellipsoids, are between 1 mm and 13 mm in the three spatial directions, and are arranged loosely within the sole structure without connection to one another. The plurality of plastic bodies are compressed against the first supporting structure, the second supporting structure, and the third supporting structure.
