Method of molding a container
A method and molding system for hydraulic blow molding of a container from a preform. The method precharges the molding medium within a fill head unit to a precharge pressure. During the injecting of the molding medium into the preform, the method further increases the pressure of the molding medium to a pressure greater than the precharge pressure.
Method for producing a container from thermoplastic material
The invention relates to a method for producing a container from thermoplastic material having a connection element (5) passing through the wall thereof. The method comprises making available at least one plate-shaped or shell-shaped or tube-shaped preform (3) made of plasticized thermoplastic material, introducing the preform (3) into a multipart molding tool (1) having cavities defining at least one molding recess, molding and final shaping of the preform (3) within the molding tool (1) using differential pressure, piercing of the still warm-plastic preform (3) from the tool side by means of a mandrel (9) in order to produce an opening (6) in the preform (3), insertion from the molding recess side of a connection element (5) into the opening (6) produced by the mandrel (9), and connection of the connection element (5) to the preform (3).
DEVICE FOR BLOW MOULDING CONTAINERS
The device is used for the blow-molding of containers. A preform made of thermoplastic material, following a thermal conditioning within a blow-mold, is stretched by a stretching rod and is reshaped by effects of blowing pressure into the form of a container. A specification for the positioning of the stretching rod occurs through the use of a linear drive. Blowing pressure is created through the use of at least one positionable blowing gas supply. The linear drive is at least intermittently mechanically coupled with the positionable blowing gas supply and the stretching rod in such a way that coordinated movement kinetics are carried out. The coupling means and the coupled elements are constructed in such a manner that the axis of motion and the resulting force-effect axis form a common spatial axis.
Blow moulding machine with controlled movement of the stretch rod and blow moulding nozzle
An apparatus (1) for the shaping of plastics material pre-forms (10) into plastics material containers (20) with a movable carrier (2) on which is arranged at least one shaping station (4), wherein the shaping station has a blow molding device (6), and wherein the shaping station additionally has a stressing device (12) which acts upon the plastics material pre-forms with a flowable medium for their expansion, wherein the shaping station additionally has a rod-like body (14) which is capable of being inserted into the plastics material pre-forms in order to stretch them in the longitudinal direction (L) thereof, wherein the shaping station has a drive device (24) which moves the rod-like body (14) with respect to the plastics material pre-form. According to the invention a coupling device (30) is provided which couples a movement of the rod-like body (14) with respect to the plastics material pre-form to a movement of the stressing device (12) with respect to the plastics material pre-form (10)in particular in a mechanical mannerat least for a time, and the apparatus has an influencing device (40) which influences a supply movement of the stressing device (12) towards the plastics material pre-form at least locally.
METHOD OF FORMING AND SETTING HEADSPACE WITHIN A CONTAINER
A method for forming and filling a container with liquid. The container being formed from a preform located within a mold and the method utilizing a hydraulic blow molding device that is coupled to a source of the liquid, which is used as the blow molding medium. The hydraulic blow molding device has a blow nozzle and a member that is extended from a retracted position to a position within the preform. A blow nozzle engages in fluid tight communication with an open end of the preform so as to provide a sealing engagement of the blow nozzle with the preform. The liquid blow medium is injected into the preform so as to form the container after sealing engagement of the blow nozzle with the preform. The member initiates its advancement into the preform prior to the time of sealing engagement of the blow nozzle with the preform.
Apparatus for forming and filling a container
An injection device for simultaneously forming and filling a container by injecting a pressurized liquid in a preform. The device includes a molding cavity, a pressurized liquid source and an injection nozzle in fluidic communication with the pressurized liquid source. The injection nozzle is arranged to be placed in fluidic communication with a preform in the molding cavity. A liquid injection circuit is defined by the injection nozzle, the pressurized liquid source and the preform. Also provided is a volume measuring feature for measuring the volume of liquid injected in the preform from the pressurized liquid source and a pressure measuring feature for measuring the pressure in the liquid injection circuit.
