Blowing tool for a blow molding machine
A blowing tool for a blow molding machine for producing hollow members with an angled neck includes a handling device for the blowing mandrels which enables a biaxial movement of the blowing mandrels within a plane. The blowing tool has a blowing mandrel retention member, wherein at least one blowing mandrel is arranged on the blowing mandrel retention member and each blowing mandrel is arranged in an inclined manner with respect to horizontal at a corresponding angle of inclination. The handling device includes a biaxial system configured to move each blowing mandrel retention member in a first, preferably vertical direction and a second, preferably horizontal direction within a plane.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BLOW MOLDING A PLASTIC TANK WITH AT LEAST ONE CONNECTION ELEMENT PENETRATING THE TANK WALL
A method for blow molding a plastic tank from thermoplastic material, wherein the plastic tank is provided with at least one connection element penetrating the wall of the plastic tank while the plastic tank is being shaped within a blow molding tool. The connection element is fitted onto a blowing needle of the blow molding tool and is positioned in the wall by punching in the blowing needle. Also disclosed is a blow molding tool for use in the method having a blowing needle formed to fit a connection element.

Method and equipment for production of a pinch line free liner
Method of blow moulding a container from a hollow, elongated parison of a thermoplastic material, wherein the method comprises: arranging the parison in a closed moulding equipment comprising a moulding cavity and at least one aperture, wherein the at least one aperture provides an opening into the moulding cavity from outside the closed moulding equipment, wherein the circumference of the at least one aperture is larger than or equal to a circumference of the parison, such that a first section of the parison is arranged inside the moulding cavity, a second section of the parison is arranged within the at least one aperture and a third section of the parison is arranged outside the closed moulding equipment, closing a shutter system around the third section of the parison, thereby pinching the parison and providing a closed volume inside the first and second sections of the parison, arranging a blow conduit in fluid communication with the closed volume inside the second section of the parison, blowing pressurised gas from the blow conduit into the first and the second section of the parison, thereby forming first and second blow moulded sections, wherein the first blow moulded section is the container, andseparating the second blow moulded section from the first blow moulded section, thereby providing an opening in the container.
Drone with dynamic antenna diversity
The drone comprises M antennas, with in particular two offset antennas located symmetrically at the ends of two arms for the connection to the propulsion units (24), and a ventral antenna under the drone body. The radio transmission is operated simultaneously on N similar RF channels, with 2N<M. An antenna switching circuit couples selectively each of the N RF channels to N antennas out of the M antennas according to a plurality of different coupling schemes, dynamically through a piloting logic selecting one of the coupling schemes. The selection is operated as a function of a signal delivered by the drone-borne microprocessor, as a function of the flight and signal transmission conditions, determined at a given instant.
Recyclable Plastic structural articles and method of manufacture
The plastic structural article includes an elongated tubular shell having opposed end sections, a middle section there between and an interior cavity. The interior cavity has a foam core situated therein. The foam core comprises steam expandable polymer beads which when expanded substantially fill the interior cavity. The bead and shell are of a similar plastic composition enabling the articles to be reground and recycled. An apparatus for forming the articles and an associated method of manufacture are also disclosed. A thermal management system includes a panel having a periphery, and a skin having a thermal bond to an in-situ foam core. The panel has a thermal transmittance u-value ranging from 0.1 to 0.17 W/m.sup.2 C.
