DAMPER BEARING COMPRISING A HOUSING AND COVER
The invention relates to a damper bearing comprising a hollow housing (1) for receiving a damping element (5) and a cover (3) for fixing the damping element (5) in the housing (1), wherein the housing (1) and the cover (3) are manufactured from plastic and the connection between the housing (1) and the cover (3) is produced integrally by a welding process, which is based on a relative movement between the housing (1) and the cover (3). The invention furthermore relates to a method for producing a damper bearing according to the invention, in which the housing and the cover are brought into contact at contact surfaces provided for this purpose, and a relative movement between the housing and the cover is then generated, which causes the housing and the cover to be integrally welded as a result of the energy input into the contact surfaces.
METHOD FOR WELDING TWO POLYAMIDE PLASTICS
The present invention relates to a method for welding two polyamide plastics using a primer, the primer containing at least one polymer synthesized from at least one maleic anhydride or maleic anhydride derivative. The invention also relates to correspondingly welded products.
METHOD FOR WELDING TWO DIFFERENT POLYOLEFIN PLASTICS
The invention relates to a method for welding two different polyolefin plastics using a primer, said primer containing at least one maleic anhydride graft polyolefin polymer. The invention also relates to correspondingly welded products.
METHOD FOR WELDING A POLYOLEFIN PLASTIC AND AN ADDITIONAL PLASTIC
The invention relates to a method for welding a polyolefin plastic and a plastic consisting of a polymer with at least one aromatic unit in the polymer main chain, using a primer which contains at least one polymer built from at least one monomer with at least one double bond. The invention also relates to correspondingly welded products.
METHOD FOR BONDING TWO DIFFERENT PLASTICS
The invention relates to a method for bonding two different plastics using a primer. The two plastics which are to be joined to each other have a weighted quadratic distance between the Hansen parameter (R.sub.a).sup.2 of more 22 MPa and the primer contains a polymer which has a weighted quadratic distance between the Hansen parameter (R.sub.a).sup.2 of less than 22 MPa to both of the plastics which are to be joined. The invention also relates to correspondingly bonded products.
METHOD FOR WELDING POLYAMIDE AND POLY(METH)ACRYLATE PLASTICS
The invention relates to a method for welding a polyamide plastic and a poly(meth)acrylateparticularly a polymethyl methacrylateplastic using a primer, said primer containing at least one copolymer synthesised from at least one styrene or styrene derivative and at least one maleic anhydride or maleic anhydride derivative. The invention also relates to correspondingly welded products.
METHOD FOR WELDING A POLYOLEFIN PLASTIC AND A PLASTIC BASED ON A POLYMER CONTAINING CARBONYL GROUPS
The invention relates to a method for welding a polyolefin plastic and a plastic based on at least one polymer containing carbonyl groups, using a primer which contains, in relation to the proportion of polymer in said primer, at least 20 wt. % of a polymer that comprises maleic anhydride or maleic anhydride derivative units. The invention also relates to correspondingly welded products.
Friction welding element, and a method for connecting the friction welding element to a housing
A friction welding method for fastening a connection bushing, such as a threaded bushing for example, in a housing. In order to improve the quality of the connection, the connection bushing is attached to the housing using a friction welding element. The friction welding element consists of the connection bushing, on which a friction welding shell with a radially outer friction welding contour is formed or molded. Connecting and sealing portions are produced between the friction welding element and the housing during the friction welding process by means of a special design of the friction welding contour.
Method For Producing A Compressor Stator Of An Axial Turbomachine
The invention relates to a method of producing a low-pressure compressor stator for an axial turbine engine. The stator comprises an external shroud with stubs and an annular row of stator blades extending radially towards the inside from the stubs. The method comprises the following stages: supply or production of a starting bar; bending of the bar so that it makes a circle, in order to form an unwrought external shroud; turning to form an axial annular wall delimited by annular fixing flanges; orbital friction-welding of a row of blades onto the stubs of the external shroud. The stubs are realized during a milling stage of the bar or of the external shroud, the milling being carried out before or after the bending stage. The shroud and the blades can be produced in titanium or in a thermoplastic polymer.
