The kit includes an elongate belt and the heat-curable tape. The kit can include a crimping pin. The method includes using the heat curable tape to join ends of the elongate belt at a seam. A heater is used, in a printing system, for heat-curing the heat-curable tape onto the free ends of the elongate belt so as to form the intermediate transfer member.

A glue filling method for a multilayer thin film sensor structure is disclosed herein. Two outer layers of a composite heat-resistant membrane are carved to have desired patterned holes; an inner layer is interposed between two outer layers to form a layered structure. The composite heat-resistant membrane is stuck onto the multilayer thin film sensor structure with the patterned holes aligned to an electric-conduction through-hole of the multilayer thin film sensor structure to form a filling region. A conductive glue is filled into the filling region. Sustained by the inner-layer heat-resistant membrane, the conductive glue protrudes from the patterned hole to cover a portion of the conductive metals on the surface of the multilayer thin film sensor structure. Thereby are simultaneously achieved a water-proof effect, an airtight effect and a fine interface compatibility.

An intake duct for an internal combustion engine includes a tubular wall configuring an intake passage. Each of the segments includes a flange protruding radially outwards from the wall and having a joint. The joint of the flange of each of the segments and the joint of the flange of the corresponding one of the segments are joined to each other. Each of the flanges includes an opposing surface opposed to the corresponding one of the flanges. The opposing surface is provided with a step portion that is located closer to a proximal side of the flange than to the joint and forms a step in a thickness direction of the flange.
