A contact welding heating component and automatic welding machine for plasticizing the edges of thermally fusible/meltable material sheets disposed so as to overlap at least partially. A roughening device for the material sheets, which is disposed upstream of the trailing-material edge of the heating component in the direction of movement of the contact welding heating component, protrudes beyond the upper side of the heating component and/or the lower side of the heating component, wherein the roughening device extends transversely to the direction of movement of the contact welding heating component, adjoining the trailing-material edge of the heating component, and includes a number of sharp-edged raised roughening elements extending in the direction of movement of the contact welding heating component, preferably having a variable height in the direction of movement of the contact welding heating component. The automatic welding machine includes a contact welding heat component thus designed.
TUBE JOINING DEVICE
[Object] Provided is a tube joining device that allows a user to easily and appropriately perform setting of tubes which become a joining target, and is capable of preventing occurrence of a joining failure caused by a setting error of the tubes in advance.
[Solving Means] A tube joining device 1 includes: a first tube holding portion 41 that is capable of holding a first tube T1; a second tube holding portion 42 that is disposed in adjacent to the first tube holding portion, and is capable of holding a second tube T2 at a position that is parallel to the first tube; and a housing 2 that is provided with a cover member 20 that is closed to cover fusing-joining sites C of the first tube and the second tube. The cover member is slidable along a direction in which the first tube and the second tube are disposed in parallel.

The present disclosure relates to a method for producing an oral pouched snuff product comprising a filling material (29, 10) and a saliva-permeable pouch (43) enclosing the filling material (29, 10), the product (29, 10) having a moisture content of at most 20% by weight, in particular at most 10% by weight, based on total weight of the product (29, 10), the saliva-permeable pouch (43) having one or more seals (45, 46), and said filling material (29, 10) comprising at least 20% by weight, based on dry weight of the filling material (29, 10), of at least one ingredient having a melting temperature below 180 C., the method comprising ultrasonically welding and cutting an advancing web (32) of packaging material (7) to which the filling material (29, 10) has been supplied. The present disclosure also provides an oral pouched snuff product which is obtainable by this method.
Anvil and ultrasonic sealing apparatus
An anvil is provided in an ultrasonic sealing machine, in which vibration applying surfaces of a pair of horns and an abutment surface on an end face of the anvil cooperate with each other to bond a laminate. The abutment surface includes left and right welding surfaces which are disposed in the extending direction of the vibration applying surface and protrude toward the horns to face two vibration applying surfaces. The left and right welding surfaces each have an area per unit length in the extending direction, which continuously or step-wisely increases with an increase in distance from a center of the seal area, which is a region where the two vibration applying surfaces are adjacent to each other.

Disclosed is a high-speed soft capsule forming machine comprising: a sheet forming part for forming two gelatin sheets; a pair of die rolls for heat sealing the gelatin sheets and simultaneously forming the same into a capsule shape; a wedge positioned at the upper sides of the pair of die rolls, heating the gelatin sheets at a predetermined temperature, and having a plurality of nozzles, which are formed to be aligned therein, for receiving liquid medicine from a liquid medicine feeding part and respectively injecting the same between the gelatin sheets inserted into cavities of the pair of die rolls; and a controller for controlling the rotational speed of the die rolls, the temperature of the wedge, the rotational speed and temperature of a cooling drum, and the intervals of nozzle operations for injecting the liquid medicine according to the angle of the nozzles formed in the wedge with respect to the center of the die roll and a set number value of lines in which the nozzles are aligned.

[Solving Means] A tube joining device 1 includes a delivery mechanism 500. The delivery mechanism includes a first pusher member 542 that is provided to perform forward movement and backward movement along a delivery direction and delivers a wafer WF to a first position PS2 that is set between a take-out position PS1 at which the wafer WF is taken out from a cassette WC and a stand-by position PS3, and a second pusher member 543 that is provided to perform forward movement and backward movement along the delivery direction in combination with the first pusher member, and delivers the wafer from the first position to the stand-by position. An operation of delivering the wafer by the first pusher member is capable of being switched to an operation of delivering the wafer by the second pusher member in synchronization with forward movement and backward movement of the first pusher member and the second pusher member.
