INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
In order to calculate a ball screw abrasion amount of an injection-axis ball screw or a mold-clamping-axis ball screw, a position of a ball nut fitted to the ball screw is photographed by a camera installed in an injection molding machine. Then, if the photographed position of the ball nut is found, as a result of analysis of an image captured by the camera, to be deviated from the position of the ball nut when a ball screw has no abrasion, it is determined that the ball screw is abraded.
IMPROVED LOUDSPEAKER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
There is provided a loudspeaker wherein a frame is moulded with a magnet system such that the frame extends through an aperture in the magnet system. By moulding the frame to extend as a single piece through an aperture, the frame can be attached to the magnet system without glue. The aperture in the magnet system extends from one side to another. By forming the frame to extend over the opening at each side, the frame can be securely connected to the magnet system. The aperture in the magnet system extends between a first surface and a second surface. The first surface and the second surface are on opposed sides of the magnet system. By the frame extending over at least a portion of the first and second surfaces, the frame extends over the apertures and securely connects the frame and magnet system, forming a unitary part.
Injection Molding Machine and Determination Method
A controller is configured to obtain a torque waveform of a servo motor while an ejector pin is operating, compare the torque waveform with a reference waveform obtained in advance, and determine that an ejector is abnormal when a difference between the torque waveform and the reference waveform exceeds a threshold value.
Method for adjusting the closing force of a mold of a plastics processing machine, in particular an injection molding machine
A method for adjusting the closing force of a mold of a plastics processing machine. In order to work with an optimized closing force, the method comprises the steps of: a) in a first production cycle: Closing the mold with a nominal initial closing force and recording the mold deformation caused thereby and calculating the deformation work introduced by the mold deformation; b) in a subsequent further production cycle: Closing the mold with a reduced closing force and recording the resulting mold deformation and calculating the deformation work introduced by the mold deformation; c) Recording the determined deformation work versus the closing force, carrying out a linear extrapolation of the course of the deformation work versus the closing force and determining a reduced closing force which is at a predetermined percentage value of one of the previously determined deformation work; d) Carrying out the subsequent further production cycle with the determined reduced closing force.
Mold clamping method for an injection molding machine
A mold clamping device includes two mold platens; a ball screw mechanism connecting the mold platens to each other, the ball screw mechanism being provided with an axial force detector configured to detect an axial force acting on the ball screw mechanism; a servo motor provided on the ball screw mechanism and configured to drive the ball screw mechanism; and a control device configured to: monitor the axial force detected by the axial force detector during injection; and based on detecting an axial force increase, the axial force increase being an increase in the axial force, perform a mold clamping force increase control including driving the servo motor to increase a mold clamping force for tightening the ball screw mechanism.
Injection molding machine and method of operating the same
An injection molding machine has a clamp that generates electromagnetic force and that secures a moving plate or a fixed plate using attractive force that is produced by the electromagnetic force; and a controller that controls separation force that acts on the moving plate or the fixed plate such that the separation force is less than the attractive force.
Injection molding machine and method of operating the same
An injection molding machine has a clamp that generates electromagnetic force and that secures a moving plate or a fixed plate using attractive force that is produced by the electromagnetic force; a pressure sensor that is provided in the clamp, wherein the pressure sensor measures contact pressure that acts between the moving plate or the fixed plate and the clamp; and a controller for performing a measure to prevent detachment of the moving plate or the fixed plate based on the contact pressure.
Injection molding machine with controller for diagnosing injection molding machine
A vibration sensor detects first data of a first component group and second data of a second component group. An injection molding machine performs diagnosis processing for diagnosing the first component group based on the first data in an injection mode and performs diagnosis processing for diagnosing the second component group based on the second data in a plasticization mode.
