PLASTICIZING UNIT
A plasticizing unit for a molding machine includes a plasticizing screw arranged in a barrel so as to be rotatably driveable, and the screw is configured to plasticize a material. A feeding device is arranged on a lateral surface of the barrel, and the feeding device is configured to feed the material to be plasticized into the barrel. A dividing device divides the feeding device into two sub-regions. A first sub-region is configured to feed the material to be plasticized into the barrel, and a second sub-region is fluidically connected to a degassing device and/or an opening along the longitudinal axis of the barrel at one end of the barrel, through which opening the plasticizing screw is inserted into the barrel, is fluidically connected to the degassing device. The degassing device is configured to discharge gases generated during the plasticization of the material to be plasticized from the barrel.
FEEDER AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A feeder according to an embodiment includes: a weight-type feeder including a hopper to which a raw material is supplied, and a discharging port from which the raw material is discharged; and a volume-type feeder including a hopper to which the raw material discharged from the discharging port is supplied, and a discharging port from which the raw material is discharged. The volume-type feeder repeats the discharging of the raw material from the discharging port and the stopping of the discharging, and the weight-type feeder continuously discharges the raw material from the discharging port to the hopper during which the discharging of the raw material from the discharging port and the stopping of the discharging are performed.
Plasticizing device, injection molding apparatus, and three-dimensional shaping apparatus
A plasticizing device includes a plasticizing mechanism including a feeding port for receiving a material and configured to plasticize the material to generate a melted material and a material feeding mechanism configured to feed the material to the plasticizing mechanism. The material feeding mechanism includes a housing including a depositing port communicating with the feeding port, the housing storing the material, and a rotating member housed in the housing and capable of rotating along an inner edge of the housing. A plurality of through-holes are provided in the rotating member at intervals along an outer circumference of the rotating member. When the rotating member rotates and any one of the plurality of through-holes and the depositing port communicate, the material stored in the housing is fed from the feeding port to the plasticizing mechanism through the depositing port.
INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE
An injection molding device includes a first injection section, a second injection section, a mold mounting unit and a hot runner, where a posture in which a first plasticizing device and a first plunger are in fluid communication and a posture in which the first plunger and the hot runner are in fluid communication can be selected as a posture of a first distributor, a posture in which a second plasticizing device and a second plunger are in fluid communication and a posture in which the second plunger and the hot runner are in fluid communication can be selected as a posture of a second distributor, and the hot runner includes a first sprue runner, a second sprue runner, and a nozzle, the nozzle being in fluid communication with both sprue runners and can be in fluid communication with the mold (M).
