Injection molding method
An injection molding method includes: a plasticizing process of feeding a resin pellet and additive components to a heating cylinder including a screw that can rotate around a rotation axis and can advance and retreat along the rotation axis, and generating molten resin by rotating the screw in a normal direction; and an injection process of injecting to a cavity the molten resin containing the additive components. In the plasticizing process, retreat operation of forcibly retreating the screw is performed at a predetermined velocity by a predetermined stroke or a predetermined time.

An injection molding machine uses a controller to effectively control its operation. The controller may determine and/or receive information regarding the machine's maximum load capacity, and may also determine a current operational load value of the machine. The controller also may determine a number of set points used to operate the machine. A control method for an injection molding machine including a measurement process of measuring molten resin by moving a screw backward while rotating the screw in a heating barrel for melting a resin material, a rotational speed of the screw is reduced from a timing when a backward movement speed of the screw is reduced at the measurement process before the measurement process is completed, for stopping backward movement of the screw when the measurement process is completed, and the rotational speed and a rotation direction of the screw are controlled such that a back pressure as a pressure of the molten resin measured at the measurement process becomes a target pressure lower than the back pressure of when the measurement process is completed, when a target time comes.
INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE
An injection molding device includes an injection device including a cylinder, a screw, and a nozzle provided at a front end of the cylinder, for discharging molten resin as the screw advances, a mold including a molded product cavity, and a resin channel between the molded product cavity and a portion abutting the nozzle, a channel pressure measuring device for acquiring channel pressure data in the resin channel, and a determination unit that determines presence/absence of clogging of a gate of the resin channel, based on features of the channel pressure data.

MATERIAL CONVEYING DEVICE
The invention relates to a material conveying device for feeding at least one injection molding and/or extrusion unit with a non-free-flowing or viscous feed material, having a feed hopper rotatable relative to a bracket about an axis of rotation and a screw conveyor arranged rotatably along an inner jacket surface of the feed hopper in a screw shaft of the bracket, which is designed to convey the feed material from the feed hopper to an outlet, wherein the screw shaft is connected to a hopper outlet of the feed hopper, and wherein the screw conveyor is drivable via at least one drive device.
In order to enable the conveying of feed materials with different properties in the simplest possible way, it is provided that at least one media feed channel opens into the screw shaft, which is designed to feed at least one additional medium to the feed material, wherein at least one mixing device is arranged in the region of the screw conveyor and/or downstream of the screw conveyor, which is designed to mix the feed material and the additional medium.

The control device executes a first control of forming the molded product under a second molding condition in which the parameter is changed based on the change content, a second control of forming the molded product under a third molding condition in which the same parameter is changed, a third control of associating the second molding condition with an inspection result of the molded product formed under the second molding condition and storing the association, and a fourth control of associating the third molding condition with the inspection result of the molded product formed under the third molding condition and storing the association.
METHOD FOR OPERATING AN INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE
In a method for operating an injection moulding machine in the absence of a backflow barrier, plastic melt is injected by a plasticising device into a cavity in a screw antechamber of a plasticising screw adapted to rotate about a longitudinal axis and to move translationally by a drive unit during an injection phase and a holding- pressure phase. A rotational drive of the drive unit is controlled such that a speed of the plasticising screw causes overlay of a backflow of the plastic melt from the screw antechamber back into screw threads of the plasticising screw by an opposing delivery flow as a result of a rotation of the plasticising screw due to a translational injection movement of the plasticising screw. A differential flow is established from the backflow and the opposing delivery flow and influenced at least during the injection phase by influencing the speed of the plasticising screw.
