A non-penetrating multi-layer continuous hose and a preparation method thereof are provided. The hose includes an outer coating, a reinforcement layer, and an inner coating. The inner coating and the outer coating can have one or more layers with different materials and have an adjustable thickness. The hose is prepared by simultaneously performing extrusion coating inside and outside the reinforcement layer rather than penetrating the fiber reinforcement layer. The hose exhibits improved layer-to-layer adhesion and has high strength, and continuous production can be achieved to meet the length requirement in various kinds of construction, which has high applicability.

A pressure sensor communicates with the reservoir and measures the pressure of the polymer in the reservoir. A control unit with an algorithm correlates the profile of the gap to the pressure in the reservoir. The algorithm is configured to generate control signals to cause the profile of the gap to be uniform.

An extruder configured to extrude a solid raw material containing moisture includes a barrel, a hopper, a discharge port, and a slot portion, through which the inside and outside of the barrel communicate each other, is provided between the discharge port and the hopper; a screw, and a heater mounted on the barrel to heat the raw material. Raw material introduced into the barrel through the hopper is heated by the heater while being transferred within the barrel through the screw. A kneading zone, in which raw materials transferred by the screw threads are compressed, is formed on the screw. Since the raw material is melted within the barrel, a heating temperature of the heater and an axial rotation speed of the screw are controlled so that a sealing membrane that shields an inner transverse section of the barrel is formed from the liquid raw material in the kneading zone.
