MEDICAL FLUID CONTAINER
A medical fluid container includes a container interior and a connecting piece that forms an inner channel. The container interior can be accessed from the outside via the connecting piece. The connecting piece has an outer thread on a connecting piece longitudinal section. The inner channel expands in a substantially conical manner in a region of the outer thread, starting from the container interior, to then preferably transition into a first cylindrical channel shape which extends to a free opening of the connecting piece. A method can be used for producing the medical fluid container from a container blank.
WIDE MOUTH CONTAINER AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
A container and a method for making a container are provided. The method includes injection molding a preform having a body forming region, a neck forming region above the body forming region, and a dome forming region above the neck forming region. After forming the preform, the preform is mounted in a mold having a surface, the mold surface having a neck forming surface to form a neck having a snap fit portion or a threaded portion. After mounting the preform, the preform is stretched against the mold surface to form an intermediate article having a dome portion connected to a neck portion of the container. Thereafter, the dome portion is severed from the neck portion to produce a wide mouth container, wherein the ratio of a wall thickness of the neck forming region of the preform to the wall thickness of the neck portion is ranges from 4.8 to 7.
Preform for producing plastic containers in a stretch-blow-moulding process
A preform is disclosed for the production of plastic containers, for example plastic bottles, in a stretch-blow-molding method. The preform can include an elongated preform body having a closed longitudinal end and which connects on an opposite longitudinal end to a neck section having a pour opening, the neck section having an outside wall with a fastening means. A rotating flange at a transition from the preform body to the neck section, wherein at least a portion of the rotating flange is annular and radially extends above an outside wall of the preform body. A peripheral annular groove can extend obliquely from a base of the annular groove to the outside wall of the neck section forming a circumferential inner collar, and wherein the inner collar the direction of the preform body, extends axially above the annular groove and extends into an inside wall of the preform body.
FLEXIBLE CONTAINER MADE OF A PLASTIC MATERIAL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SUCH A CONTAINER AND CORRESPONDING MOULD
A container obtained by blow-moulding a rolled tube. The container includes a body extending, according to a longitudinal axis, between a bottom and a neck made integrally in one-piece with the body. The body has, along a height according to the longitudinal axis, a wall having a thickness between 0.05 mm and 0.4 mm. The neck has, along the height according to the longitudinal axis, a wall having a thickness between 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm.
Wide mouth container and method of making the same
A container and a method for making a container are provided. The method includes injection molding a preform having a body forming region, a neck forming region, and a dome forming region.
CUP-SHAPED BODY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CUP-SHAPED BODY
A cup-shaped body having an axis of longitudinal extension and defining a mouth and a longitudinally-extended body which is closed at the opposite end from the mouth; the longitudinally-extended body has a conical or frustum-like extension with a diameter that increases progressively from the opposite end toward the mouth, the cup-shaped body having a height extension measured between the mouth and the opposite end, while the mouth has a circular shape with a diameter.
The cup-shaped body has the following features: the ratio between the height extension and diameter is between 0.35 and 1.65; and the ratio between the diameter, measured in millimeters, and the average taper (Cmedia) between the taper of the external surface of the longitudinally-extended body and the taper of the internal surface of the longitudinally-extended body, diameter/Cmedia, is between 0.5 and 1.
