The tire conveyance device is configured to receive the raw tire disposed above the PCI device moved to the second position and carry the raw tire into the vulcanizer.

A device for cooling and stabilizing the cured tyre includes a beam which with a non-movable element; a movable element; a guide. An actuator moves the movable element relative to the beam. The non-movable element or the movable element has a shaft has a spline, and a first disc. The other one of the non-movable element or the movable element has a closing mechanism with a second disc with a threaded axial opening, a main electric motor and a securing socket. The closing mechanism cooperates with the shaft via the securing socket. The main electric motor is coupled with the securing socket. The second disc is mounted so that rotation of the securing socket causes sliding of the second disc along the axis of the securing socket. The closing mechanism is configured so that adjustment of the second disc in parallel to the axis of the beam is possible.

Tire vulcanizing apparatus

An apparatus for vulcanizing a tire comprises: a side mold segment provided with a face for shaping the outer surface of a tire sidewall portion, and an opposite face not serving for shaping; and a heater part for vulcanizing the raw tire. The heater part is disposed adjacently to the side mold segment to heat the raw tire abutting on the side-shaping-face from the side of the face not serving for shaping. The side mold segment is provided with a flow path through which a first fluid whose temperature is lower than the vulcanization temperature of the raw tire can flow to prevent over-vulcanization of the sidewall portion.

Post cure inflator

A post cure tire inflator is provided for use with a tire press to inflate and cure vulcanized tires. The post cure inflator includes a frame fixed between a pair of outer support columns, a first movable beam that is linearly movable relative to the frame, and a second movable beam that is linearly movable relative to both of the frame and the first movable beam. A pair of inflator stations is arranged in a vertically separated formation with each inflator station including a pair of axially aligned, vertically separable tire inflating chuck rings. One of the tire inflating chuck rings from each pair of inflator stations is secured to the frame, and the other tire inflating chuck ring from each pair of inflator stations is secured to one of the first and second movable beams.

TIRE VULCANIZING APPARATUS

An apparatus for vulcanizing a tire comprises: a side mold segment provided with a face for shaping the outer surface of a tire sidewall portion, and an opposite face not serving for shaping; and a heater part for vulcanizing the raw tire. The heater part is disposed adjacently to the side mold segment to heat the raw tire abutting on the side-shaping-face from the side of the face not serving for shaping. The side mold segment is provided with a flow path through which a first fluid whose temperature is lower than the vulcanization temperature of the raw tire can flow to prevent over-vulcanization of the sidewall portion.
