VENT HOLE CLEANING APPARATUS AND VENT HOLE CLEANING METHOD
To provide a vent hole cleaning apparatus and a vent hole cleaning method which can accurately calculate a position of a vent hole and can automatically clean the vent hole.
[Solution] An apparatus 1 for cleaning a vent hole 5 provided on a molding surface 4 of a mold 3 for vulcanizing a rubber product. The apparatus 1 comprises a detecting means 11 for detecting a shape of the molding surface 4, a cleaning means 12 for cleaning the vent hole 5, a controlling means 13 for storing molding surface information in advance and including shape information of the molding surface 4 including a position of the vent hole 5 and for calculating the position of the vent hole 5 by comparing the shape of the molding surface 4 obtained by the detecting means 11 with the molding surface information, and a guiding means 14 for moving the cleaning means 12 based on the calculated position of the vent hole 5.

The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for cleaning a workpiece, and a method and apparatus for cleaning a ventless tire segment mold. The method for cleaning a workpiece comprises: heating the workpiece to a preset temperature; and applying a cleaning solution onto the workpiece so that the cleaning solution is vaporized instantaneously to form a micro-explosion at each shocking point, thereby peeling dirt off the workpiece and achieving the purpose of workpiece cleaning. The apparatus for cleaning a workpiece comprises: a heating device for heating the workpiece into a preset temperature range, and a cleaning device for applying a cleaning solution onto the workpiece so that the cleaning solution is vaporized instantaneously to form a micro-explosion at each shocking point, thereby peeling dirt off the workpiece and achieving the purpose of workpiece cleaning. The present disclosure not only cleans the dirt on the surface of the workpiece, but also makes a significant breakthrough in the cleaning of the gaps of micron or nano scale on the workpiece. The present disclosure has the characteristics of lower cost, simple cleaning, thorough dirt removal, etc.

On the basis of an identification mark assigned to a mold and detected by a mark detector when cleaning the mold, the mold cleaning system obtains shape data for the molding surface of the mold which is stored in a database, and on the basis of the obtained shape data, the mold cleaning system controls the movement of arms using the control device, moves a laser head along the molding surface thereof while irradiating with a laser beam supplied by a laser oscillator, and as a result, removes the dirt adhered to the molding surface.
