Bulk bin, bulk bin sleeve pack, and related method
A bulk bin sleeve pack is repeatably erected to form a bulk bin having a bottom wall and a perimeter wall and collapsed when not in use. The bulk bin sleeve pack includes a base that forms the bottom wall of the bulk bin. First and second wall members form the perimeter wall and are attached to one another and the base. The first and second wall members overlap a portion of the base. Locking tabs are associated with at least one of the base and the first and second wall members. Locking openings are associated with at least one of the base and the first and second wall members. The locking openings oppose the locking tabs when the first and second wall members are attached to the base to form the perimeter wall of the bulk bin. The locking tabs are lockingly inserted into the locking openings to secure the first and second wall members to the base to form the bulk bin.
Reverse tuck lock
A foldable container moveable between a flat configuration and a three-dimensional configuration is provided. The container includes a first panel having a first engagement feature, a second panel having a second engagement feature, and a third panel having a third engagement feature. The first engagement feature is configured to engage with the second engagement feature so as to secure the container in the three-dimensional configuration. The first engagement feature is also configured to engage with the third engagement feature so as to inhibit the first engagement feature from becoming disengaged from the second engagement feature.
Polygonal containers having a locking bottom and blanks and methods for forming the same
A blank for forming a polygonal container and the container formed therefrom are described herein. The blank includes a plurality of side panels, including a first side panel and a second side panel, a corner panel connected to the first side panel and the second side panel by fold lines, a bottom panel extending from the first side panel, and an engagement member defined on bottom panel. The engagement member is configured to engage an interior surface of the corner panel to prevent movement of the corner panel relative to the first and second side panels when the container is formed from the blank.
Carton With At Least One Holder
A carton for holding at least one article includes a base, a lid, and a shoulder attached to the base. The base includes a first plurality of panels and the lid includes a second plurality of panels. The lid is foldably connected to the base such that the base and the lid at least partially surround an interior of the carton. The shoulder includes at least one holder for holding at least one accessory for the at least one article.
ONE-PIECE, FOLDABLE COOLER
A cooler includes panels defining a storage area; corner panels; top panels forming a lid; a first handle panel connected to a first top panel and having a slot formed therein; a second handle panel connected to a second top panel and having a slot formed therein; and a first tab panel connected to a corner panel and having a tab defining a recess, the tab being configured to extend through the slot of the first handle panel and through the slot of the second handle panel for locking the handle panels and top panels in a fully closed, carry configuration of the cooler. Portions of the first and second handle panels are received within the recess defined by the tab. The second handle panel can be unlocked and the storage area accessed while holding the cooler with the first handle panel.
BULK BIN, BULK BIN SLEEVE PACK, AND RELATED METHOD
A bulk bin sleeve pack is repeatably erected to form a bulk bin having a bottom wall and a perimeter wall and collapsed when not in use. The sleeve pack includes a base that forms the bottom wall of the bulk bin. First and second wall members form the perimeter wall and are attached to one another and the base. The wall members overlap a portion of the base. Locking tabs are associated with at least one of the base and the first and second wall members. Locking openings are associated with the base and/or the first and second wall members. The locking openings oppose the locking tabs when the wall members are attached to the base to form the perimeter wall of the bulk bin. The locking tabs are lockingly inserted into the locking openings to secure the wall members to the base to form the bulk bin.
Carrier for Containers
A carrier for holding a plurality of containers includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carrier, the plurality of panels including a plurality of side panels and at least one bottom panel foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels, locking features in the at least one bottom panel for at least partially maintaining a formed configuration of the carrier, and a plurality of system engagement features for at least partially receiving a portion of an outer container, each system engagement feature having a plurality of lines of weakening defining a plurality of separably connected sections in the at least one bottom panel.
Apparatus, kit and method of assembly of a collapsible bulk material container
A collapsible bulk material container apparatus, kit and method of assembly employ a forming member having a plurality of interconnected sidewalls, a locking mechanism that fixedly orients the sidewalls continuously about an internal bulk material receiving cavity, and a tubular open-ended woven fabric sleeve that supportively overlies the sidewalls. A connector system rapidly engageable during container assembly, fixedly secures the support sleeve of an unloaded container against subsequent upward movement along the sidewalls. Strategically located friction reducing surfaces of the forming member facilitates sliding assembly of the sleeve over the forming member sidewalls.
PACKAGE AND PROCESS FOR MAKING THE SAME
A package includes a housing, a container, and a coupling system. The housing defines a first internal volume and includes first lateral walls that define a first through opening further defined by a first edge. The container defines a second internal volume and is configured for housing one or more products. The container includes second lateral walls that define a second through opening further defined by a second edge, the second through opening being configured to permit insertion and withdrawal of the one or more products from the container. The container is adjustable to a first configuration in which the container is at least partially disposed within the housing and a second configuration in which the container is at least partially disposed outside of the first internal volume. The coupling system is configured to secure the container to the housing.
