Vacuum Storage Bag and Preparation Method Thereof
The present invention discloses a vacuum storage bag and a preparation method thereof. The vacuum storage bag comprises a bag body, which is equipped with an extraction valve and a sealing zipper; the bag body is composed of an inner film layer and an outer film layer by glue laminating, a blocking layer is arranged on the surface of the inner film layer; and the outer film layer is made of cloth. The vacuum storage bag of the present invention is made of cloth and PE film. The cloth is soft and folding, thick and wear-resistant, not easy to be brittle, and has long service life. In addition, there are many types of cloth and PE film for preparing the vacuum storage bag prepared in this application, which can be selected according to needs, so that the vacuum storage bag prepared has a wider scope of application.
Method and system for forming packages
A system and method for forming reinforced packages. The method can comprise forming an attached web by adhering a construct to a web of material, and moving the attached web in a downstream direction through at least a web edge forming assembly. The moving the attached web can comprise moving the construct with the web of material. The method further can include at least partially forming a folded web by folding at least a portion of the web of material as the attached web moves through the web folding assembly and forming a reinforced package comprising a liner and the construct by separating the liner from a remainder of the folded web. The construct is adhered to the liner.
Packaging bag and method for manufacturing packaging bag
A packaging bag is formed in a bag shape by overlapping of a laminated film and a laminated film facing each other, and unsealed by cutting of a predetermined section. The packaging bag includes a zipper for opening and closing an opening, the zipper being provided along edges of the opening formed by the unsealing, a linear cut section that is formed in a functional layer of the laminated film so as to be parallel to the zipper, and becomes the edge of the opening by the unsealing of the packaging bag, and a linear cut section that is formed at a different level from the cut section in a functional layer of the laminated film so as to be parallel to the zipper, and becomes the edge of the opening by the unsealing of the packaging bag.
UNIVERSAL BAG SEALER SYSTEM
A universal bag sealer system including an elongated sealing strip including a front-panel, a rear-panel, a sealing mechanism, pressure-sensitive adhesive sections, and a removeable cover. A cutting tool and a template are provided for use in combination with the elongated sealing strip. A sealing mechanism extends horizontally along a length of the elongated sealing strip. The elongated sealing strip includes a set of locking tracks structured to align and releasably interlock. The rear-panel of the elongated sealing strip is configured to be secured to an exterior surface of a host-bag via the pressure-sensitive adhesive sections forming an airtight seal. Contents of the host-bag may be accessed via opening of the sealing mechanism and alternatively sealed by engaging the sealing mechanism.
RECLOSEABLE ZIPPER CLOSURE ARRANGEMENT, RECLOSEABLE POUCHES, AND METHODS
A recloseable zipper closure arrangement useable in a recloseable plastic bag includes a first elongate base strip having a front side and an opposite back side; and a first continuous profile member on the front side of the first elongate base strip; the first continuous profile member having a clicking sensory indicator having a central rib with a continuous peak; and a second continuous profile member on the front side of the first elongate base strip and spaced from the first profile member; the second continuous profile member may have optionally a clicking sensory indicator having a central rib with a continuous peak.
Tape, zipper tape, and container with tape and method for manufacture therefor
A tape includes, in a cross-sectional shape: a first and a second portion which are configured to be at least partially in opposition. The first portion includes: thick portions provided in corresponding one of a first and a third region, out of the first, a second, and the third region in a width direction of the tape; a first and a second thin portion provided at respective both end portions, in the width direction, of the second region positioned between the first and the third region; and at least one intermediate portion provided between the first and the second thin portion. The second portion includes: thick portions provided in corresponding one of the first and the third region and extending beyond end portions, in the width direction, of the second region; and at least one third thin portion provided in the second region and opposed to the intermediate portion.
RESEALABLE ENCLOSURE HAVING FASTENER STRIPS, AND A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MAKING THE SAME
A method is provided that includes moving a first web of flexible material in a web direction. The method then includes attaching fastener strips to the first web. The fastener strips are spaced-apart a predetermined distance along a transverse direction to the web direction. An enclosure is formed from the first web including a front wall, a back wall, a first lateral side wall, and a second lateral side wall. The front wall opposes the back wall, and the first lateral side wall opposes the second lateral side wall. The enclosure includes an upper end openable by separating the fastener strips. Corners are formed in the enclosure between the front wall, the back wall, the first lateral side wall, and the second lateral side wall. The corners are formed from the predetermined distance between the fastener strips and the fastener strips are spaced apart from each other by the corners.
Closing system for packages with closeable interlocking element
A system and a method for closing, in an automated way, at least one package having a reversibly closeable interlocking element comprising a first complementary element and a second complementary element extending between two extremities. The system includes a pressing element, configured to press the first complementary element against the second complementary element by sliding between the two extremities, and a counteracting element, configured to stop the second complementary element when the pressing element presses the first complementary element against the second complementary element, in such a way that the first complementary element and the second complementary element interlock with each other along their entire length.
System and process for making a pouch or container
A process for making a container includes the step of providing at least one of a slider, sticker, textured surface, pattern, or embossed surface along a folded web of thermoplastic material that comprises a plurality of container templates. The process also includes the step of picking up, with a turner, each container template.
