Polyolefin material having a low density
A polyolefin material that is formed by solid state drawing of a thermoplastic composition containing a continuous phase that includes a polyolefin matrix polymer and nanoinclusion additive is provided. The nanoinclusion additive is dispersed within the continuous phase as discrete nano-scale phase domains. When drawn, the nano-scale phase domains are able to interact with the matrix in a unique manner to create a network of nanopores.

Based on 100 parts by weight of the polyester, the polyester-polyether copolymer is present in an amount ranging from 0.5 part by weight to 5 parts by weight, the slip agent is present in an amount ranging from 0.02 part by weight to 0.5 part by weight, and the anti-blocking agent is present in an amount ranging from 0.05 part by weight to 0.6 part by weight.
MULTILAYER FILM FOR USE IN AIR BAG AND AIR BAG
The present disclosure is directed to provide a multilayer film for use in an air bag, which provides sufficient adhesiveness and blocking tendency in a well-balanced manner. The multilayer film for use in an air bag according to the present disclosure includes an adhesive layer and an outer layer. The adhesive layer includes a resin having a glass transition temperature from 0° C. to 80° C. and a melting point from 100° C. to 160° C. The outer layer includes a resin having a melting point higher than the melting point of the resin included in the adhesive layer by 20° C. or higher. Further, an air bag according to the present disclosure includes a synthetic fiber fabric and the aforementioned multilayer film for use in an air bag, in which the adhesive layer in multilayer film is laminated with the synthetic fiber fabric.
Filler-containing film
A filler-containing film has a structure in which fillers are held in a binder resin layer. The average particle diameter of the fillers is 1 to 50 μm, the total thickness of the resin layer is 0.5 times or more and 2 times or less the average particle diameter of the fillers, and the ratio Lq/Lp of, relative to the minimum inter-filler distance Lp at one end of the filler-containing film in a long-side direction, a minimum inter-filler distance Lq at the other end at least 5 m away from the one end in the film long-side direction is 1.2 or less. The fillers are preferably arranged in a lattice form.
FILLER-CONTAINING FILM
A filler-containing film that can be precisely pressed to an electronic component with lower thrust is a film having a filler distributed layer in which fillers are regularly disposed in a resin layer, wherein an area occupancy rate of the fillers in a plan view is 25% or less, a ratio La/D between a layer thickness La of the resin layer and a particle diameter D of the fillers is 0.3 or more and 1.3 or less, and a proportion by number of the fillers present in a non-contact state with each other is 95% or more with respect to the entire fillers. The proportion by number of the fillers present in a non-contact state with each other is preferably 99.5% or more with respect to the entire fillers.
POLYESTER FILM
This polyester film has at least one surface constituted of a polyester film layer A, and is characterized in that: a polyester resin constituting the polyester film layer A has an inherent viscosity of 0.63 to 0.85 dl/g; the polyester film layer A contains organic particles and the surface of the polyester film layer A has an arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of a roughness curve of 0.2 to 1.0 μm, and an average length (RSm) of roughness curve elements of 10 to 250 μm.
RESIN COMPOSITION FOR PRINTED WIRING BOARD, PREPREG, LAMINATE, METAL FOIL-CLAD LAMINATE, PRINTED WIRING BOARD, AND MULTILAYER PRINTED WIRING BOARD
A resin composition for a printed wiring board, including: a phenolic compound (A); a maleimide compound (B); an epoxy compound (C); a cyclic carbodiimide compound (D); an inorganic filler (E); and a curing accelerator (F), wherein a content of the inorganic filler (E) is 100 to 250 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of a resin solid content.
LAMINATE AND PACKAGING BAG COMPRISING SAME
The objective of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag which is produced from a laminate, which is excellent in straight cut property and which hardly cause a parting, even if the laminate contains a biaxially stretched PBT film having a large distortedness of a molecular orientation axis. The laminate has a biaxially stretched film substrate consisting of a polyester resin composition and a sealant film consisting of a polyolefin resin composition, and has a straight cut property in a longitudinal direction of 5 mm or less.
