A melted portion of the barrier layer fills at least a portion of the stitch holes. The foam core is prevented from progressing further into the stitched fabric by the barrier layer. As such, the barrier layer is configured to control a depth to which the foam core penetrates into the stitched fabric. The foam core may be formed over at least a portion of the yarn. A second foam core may be formed on a side of the barrier layer opposite the foam core.

The printed pattern layer is printed on the adhesive surface of the hot glue layer. The hot glue layer and the printed pattern layer are melted between the substrate layer and the adhesive film.

The invention relates to polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) copolymer compositions that have improved crosslinking efficiency and performance. The PVDF copolymer contains a high level (>14 and preferably greater than 16 wt %) of a fluorinated comonomer, and has a high molecular weight as measured by the melt viscosity at 230° C. and 100 sec−1 of 18 to 40 kpoise. The composition can be effectively cross-linked with a low level radiation (high cross-linking efficiency). The cross-linked composition is useful in high-temperature applications, such as automotive wire and cable, and heat shrink tubing.

The present invention also discloses an installation method for the assembly above. Due to the traditional decorative material, the plate, the active lamination layer, and the protective layer of the present invention are set to be installed on the wall in turn, together with the sound-insulated air gap within the structure, which is not only simple to manufacture and easy to install, but also has better sound absorption performance which could reduce the noise nuisance.

Also, an overmolded skin formed from a second polymer and between about 0.25 wt. % and about 5.0 wt. % graphene is disposed on the foam core. A method of manufacturing a composite structure includes injection molding a foam core from a first polymer containing between about 0.25 wt. % and about 5.0 wt. % graphene, and injection molding an overmolded skin from a second polymer containing graphene between about 0.25 wt. % and about 5.0 wt. % graphene.
