The label printing surface extends outside of a chest image printing area of a printing machine when the screen printing pallet is loaded onto the printing machine. The pallet comprises a primary locking mechanism to lock the frame into a first position defining a relatively small space for a thin garment and a secondary locking mechanism for locking the frame into a second position defining a relatively large space for thicker garments, thereby providing a single pallet that can accommodate garments of a larger range of thicknesses, for example t-shirts and sweaters or hoodies.
