Method of supplying solder to printed circuit board

Provided is a solder supply method of supplying, onto a mask sheet, solder to be printed on a printed circuit board. The method includes calculating an amount of solder supplied for a plurality of points in an X direction that is a lengthwise direction of a squeegee, and changing the amount of solder supplied at each point in the X direction based on a result of the calculation.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DEPOSITING A MATERIAL ON A WORKPIECE
20170072424 · 2017-03-16 ·

A manufacturing system for applying a material to a workpiece comprising a blade unit having a blade element for selectively moving along first and second axes for applying the material to the workpiece. A reciprocating motor is coupled to the blade unit for reciprocating the blade element along the first axis concurrent with movement of the blade element along the second axis, and a vibration detector is coupled to the blade unit for detecting the vibrational movement of the blade element. The vibration detector generates an output signal corresponding to the vibrational movement of the blade element. A control unit is coupled to the vibration detector for generating an output signal in response to the vibration detector signal, and a regulating device adjusts a parameter of the reciprocating motor in response to the output signal of the control unit.

SCREEN PRINTER

A screen printer in which a squeegee is lowered towards a screen when the internal pressure of a second air chamber of a pressing force adjusting air cylinder is decreased. A control section performs control of an air regulator based on response times from starting control of the air regulator to decrease or increase the internal pressure of the second air chamber until a value detected by a pressure sensor reaches a target value of the internal pressure.

APPARATUS FOR PRINTING OF A MATERIAL ON A SUBSTRATE

A printing apparatus includes a screen, a scraper, and a squeegee. The screen has a screen surface which has a width direction and which is placed on a workpiece. The scraper is movable along the screen surface in a first direction perpendicular to the width direction so as to coat the screen surface with a paste. The scraper includes an upper portion and a curved portion. The upper portion extends from an upper end to a lower end of the upper portion toward the screen surface. The curved portion is connected to the lower end of the upper portion. The curved portion has a curved shape projecting toward a second direction opposite to the first direction. The curved portion has an opening extending in the width direction. The squeegee is movable along the screen surface so as to transfer the paste to the workpiece.

STENCIL PRINTER COVER HAVING MOVABLE DOOR WITH CLOSING FEATURE

A cover of a stencil printer is hingedly mounted to a frame, and movable between a closed and open positions. The cover includes an elongate opening formed therein and a movable door configured to selectively close the elongate opening. The elongate opening is sized to enable the stencil and/or a tooling tray to pass through. A controller is configured to control movement of the movable door between a closed position and an open position. A sensor assembly is proximate the elongate opening. The sensor assembly is coupled to the controller and configured to detect an object within the elongate opening when moving the movable door to the closed position. The sensor is configured to generate a signal to the controller when detecting an object within the elongate opening. The controller, upon receiving the signal from the sensor, is configured to move the movable door to the open position.

SILICON WAFER PRINTER FOR DOUBLE HALF-CELL PRINTING
20260040715 · 2026-02-05 ·

The present invention discloses a silicon wafer printer for double half-cell printing, comprising a work platform, a turntable assembly, a front-end conveyor, a left calibration module, and a right calibration module. A calibration vision camera is mounted above the front-end conveyor's end. The left linear module connects to a left motor module and then a left suction module. The right linear module connects to a right motor module, two calibration cylinders, calibration bearings, and a right suction module. It uses visual positioning to determine double half-cells' position/angle, adjusts the right half-cell with the left as reference, shortens alignment time, adopts single-head front-to-back printing and a smaller indexing disc, boosting turntable printing efficiency.
