EJECTION-MATERIAL EJECTION APPARATUS AND IMPRINTING APPARATUS
An ejection-material ejection apparatus and an imprinting apparatus are provided which are capable of quickly detecting damage of a flexible membrane and avoiding contact between an ejection material and an operating liquid even if part of the flexible membrane is damaged. The flexible membrane includes a first film (1) covering a first storing space (5) for the ejection material, a second film (2) covering a second storing space (6) for the operating liquid, and an inter-film space 4 situated between the first film (1) and the second film (2). A change in state of the inter-film space (4) resulting from communication between at least one of the first storing space (5) and the second storing space (6) and the inter-film space (4) is detected with a liquid sensor (41), a flow speed sensor (77), and a liquid leakage sensor (42).

LIQUID CARTRIDGE CAPABLE OF REDUCING LEAKAGE OF LIQUID FROM LIQUID STORAGE CHAMBER
A liquid cartridge includes: a cartridge casing having a liquid storage chamber; a first wall; a second wall; and an air communication passage. The first wall is positioned upward relative to the liquid storage chamber. The second wall is positioned upward relative to the first wall. The air communication passage has a first communication hole in communication with the liquid storage chamber and a communication opening open to an atmosphere. The air communication passage includes: an air chamber defined by the first wall and the second wall and in communication with the liquid storage chamber through the first communication hole; a second communication hole formed in the second wall; and a labyrinth path. The labyrinth path is positioned upward relative to the air chamber, and has one end in communication with the second communication hole and another end in communication with the communication opening.

CIRCULATION APPARATUS FOR A LIQUID MIXTURE OF SUBSTANCES IN A CONTAINER
The invention relates to an apparatus for circulating a liquid mixture of substances, for example a solution, emulsion or suspension, between a container and a pressure-sensitive component which is supplied from the container, for example for circulating an ink between an ink storage container and a print head of a printing system, comprising a pump, which allows the liquid mixture of substances to circulate in the container through an external conduit circuit, a Venturi tube, the main conduit of which is connected into the external conduit circuit, and also a conduit which connects the output connection of the pressure-sensitive component to the suction connection of the Venturi tube.
Apparatus for supplying chemical liquid
An apparatus for supplying chemical liquid may include a chemical liquid supply head, a receiving member, a removing member and a supplying member. The chemical liquid supply head may provide a chemical liquid onto a substrate. The receiving member may receive a recycle chemical liquid discharged from the chemical liquid supply head, and the removing member may remove impurities remaining in the recycle chemical liquid received in the receiving member. The supplying member may provide the recycle chemical liquid from which the impurities are removed to the chemical liquid supply head.
