Ink tank with integrated filter
An ink tank for an ink delivery system includes: a housing having an ink inlet port and an ink outlet port; an air vent communicating with a headspace of the ink tank; a filter positioned in the housing for filtering ink supplied from the ink tank via the ink outlet port; and a baffle plate positioned in the housing between the ink inlet port and the filter. The baffle plate is configured for directing air bubbles entering the ink tank via the ink inlet port towards the headspace of the ink tank. A baffle opening is positioned towards a base of the ink tank, thereby allowing ink to flow from the ink inlet port towards the ink outlet port via the baffle opening.

PURGE VALVE ASSEMBLIES
Disclosed are example purge valve assemblies for a printing system and related methods. In an example, the purge valve assembly includes a valve body to couple to a carriage of the printing system. In addition, the purge valve assembly includes an actuator, an arm, and a diaphragm coupled to the arm and the valve body. The purge valve assembly is to transition between: a first position in which the actuator is disposed at an initial position and the diaphragm is extended outward from the valve body; and second position in which the actuator is translated along an axis from the initial position to slidingly engage with the arm to rotate the arm and depress the diaphragm toward the valve body.
RECORDING APPARATUS AND TANK
A recording apparatus includes a tank including a chamber configured to store liquid to be supplied to a recording head that ejects the liquid and a filling port from which the liquid is injected into the chamber, and an injection auxiliary member configured to assist injecting of the liquid into the chamber from the filling port, the injection auxiliary member including a first and a second flow channels each defined by a first or a second upper end portion that opens toward outside of the tank and a first or a second lower end portion that opens toward inside of the tank, wherein the second flow channel has an expansion portion arranged in a middle portion between the second upper end portion and the second lower end portion and configured to form a step to expand a cross-sectional area.
