The present cosmetic template includes an upper applicator sized and shaped to conform to the upper eyelid and a lower applicator sized and shaped to conform to the lower eyelid. Each of the upper applicator and the lower applicator include three superimposed layers: a transfer film layer, a release layer, and a backing layer. The transfer film layer moisture-activated and configured to transfer the ink from an image thereon to the skin of a user when the transfer film layer comes in contact with the skin. The ink is an oil-soluble ink, which allows for the ink to be easily removed from the user's skin when desired.
