AXLE FINAL DRIVE ASSEMBLY WITH PIVOTING GEAR SET
An axle final drive assembly for a work vehicle is provided. The axle final drive assembly includes a final drive housing; an output shaft extending from the final drive housing; a planetary gear set contained in the final drive housing and having an element fixed to the output shaft; and an input member contained in the final drive housing providing rotational input to the planetary gear set for driving the output shaft. The planetary gear set, at least in part, is pivotally coupled to the input member
Transmission for an electric or hybrid drive mechanism
A drive mechanism comprises a transmission as well as an electromotor/generator. The transmission is connected via an input to the electromotor/generator and via an output to the wheels. The transmission has two planetary gear sets having three rotational members each, of which first rotational members are connected to the input, second rotational members are connected to the output and third rotational members are connected to a first and second brake respectively. By actuating either of the brakes a speed transforming gear is created between the input and the output. By actuating one brake during the releasing of the other brake, it is possible to switch between the two speed transforming gears without an interruption of the torque transfer from the electromotor/generator to the load or vice versa.
Final transmission for agricultural and industrial motor vehicles
A final transmission for agricultural and industrial motor vehicles. The transmission includes a differential unit having a support structure and a differential that transmits an input motion to an intermediate transmission shaft and a transfer unit with a final shaft that transmits the motion to the driving wheel. The final transmission also has a toothed output wheel integral to the intermediate transmission shaft which engages respectively with an internally toothed crown wheel and with an intermediate toothed wheel, and also at least one toothed support wheel which engages with the internally toothed crown wheel and with the intermediate toothed wheel.
Drive device
A drive device for driving and rotating a wheel includes an axle shaft, a hub to which rotation of the axle shaft is conveyed, a plurality of fasteners for securing the wheel to the hub, a wet brake, a housing, an oil seal, and a cover. The wet brake is configured to restrain the rotation of the axle shaft. The housing accommodates the axle shaft and the wet brake. The oil seal is disposed between the housing and a part of the hub that is disposed inward of the fasteners in a radial direction of the hub. The cover has an annular shape. The cover is disposed in a space formed between the hub and the housing, and is secured to the housing. The cover is configured to cover the plurality of fasteners.
