NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE AND OTHER ANNULAR DEVICES
A non-pneumatic tire for a vehicle or other machine. The non-pneumatic tire may comprise an annular beam. The annular beam may comprise a plurality of layers of different elastomeric materials. The annular beam may be free of a substantially inextensible reinforcing layer running in a circumferential direction of the non-pneumatic tire. The annular beam may comprise a plurality of openings distributed in the circumferential direction of the non-pneumatic tire. Such an annular beam may be part of other annular devices.
Adaptive tractor wheel
Provided are tractor wheels for a downhole tractor. An example tractor wheel comprises a series of continuous springs disposed on the circumference of the tractor wheel, wherein the individual continuous springs in the series of continuous springs are separated by a gap, and a void disposed on the interior of the tractor wheel and that is continuous about the circumference of the tractor wheel.
SHEAR BAND
A shear band for a tire includes a first belt layer extending circumferentially around the tire, a second belt layer extending circumferentially around the tire, and a shear band coupon radially interposed between the first belt layer and the second belt layer. The shear band coupon includes a first reinforcing ply radially adjacent the first belt layer, a third reinforcing ply radially adjacent the second belt layer, and a second reinforcing ply radially interposed between the first reinforcing ply and the second reinforcing ply. The first reinforcing ply includes a first three dimensional layer enclosed by a first fabric layer. The second reinforcing ply includes a second three dimensional layer enclosed by a second fabric layer. The third reinforcing ply includes a third three dimensional layer enclosed by a third fabric layer.

The shear band includes a first reinforcing ply radially adjacent the first belt layer, a third reinforcing ply radially adjacent the second belt layer, and a second reinforcing ply radially interposed between the first reinforcing ply and the second reinforcing ply. The first reinforcing ply includes a first flattened, braided tube layer enclosed by a first rubber layer. The second reinforcing ply includes a second flattened, braided tube layer enclosed by a second rubber layer. The third reinforcing ply includes a third flattened, braided tube layer enclosed by a third rubber layer.
NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE
The present invention is directed to a non-pneumatic tire comprising a hub portion and a ring member arranged essentially concentrically about the hub portion, wherein the ring member comprises a tread portion on its radially outer side. Moreover, the tire comprises a sidewall connecting the hub portion with the ring member, wherein the sidewall comprises multiple sidewall members, each sidewall member being connected on a first side to the hub portion and on a second side to the ring member. Adjacent sidewall members overlap at least partially in a manner whereby they can move relatively to each other under tire loading conditions, such as when the tire is mounted on a vehicle.

NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE
A non-pneumatic tire includes: an inner annular portion; an outer annular portion provided concentrically on an outer side of the inner annular portion; a plurality of coupling portions coupling the inner annular portion and the outer annular portion to each other; a tread provided on an outer side of the outer annular portion; and a groove formed on the tread, wherein the groove includes a protrusion protruding inward of the groove from a groove sidewall.
NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATED SPOKE STRUCTURE
A non-pneumatic tire and wheel assembly is described herein having an outer annular ring which includes a ground contacting tread portion and a shear band. One or more spoke disks are integrally mounted on a wheel wherein a plurality of anchors on the spoke disks are received in mating aligned slots of the wheel.
NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE
The present invention is directed to a non-pneumatic tire comprising a hub portion, a ring member essentially concentrically arranged about the hub portion, a plurality of tread portions radially extending out of a radially outer surface of the ring member, and a plurality of spokes extending from a radially outer surface of the hub portion to a radially inner surface of the ring member for supporting the ring member on the hub portion. Moreover, the tire comprises a plurality of channels fluidly connecting the hub portion with radially inner sides of the tread portions. In addition, the present invention is directed to a kit comprising such a tire and a capsule receivable in the tire.
