Tread for an earthmover tire, comprising incised blocks
The tread comprises a plurality of blocks, each block being delimited by transverse or oblique grooves and circumferential grooves. Each block is provided with a sipe which has three branches. The branches have common ends. A first branch is oriented in a transverse or oblique direction. A second branch and a third branch each open when new into a transverse groove delimiting the block. The angle formed between the first and second branches is 100 to 125 degrees, and the angle formed between the first and the third branches is 100 to 125 degrees. After wear, each sipe represents between 45% and 70% of the total wearable thickness, such that the lengths of the three branches measured on the new tread surface, L1, L2, L3 respectively, are shorter than the lengths L1, L2, L3 respectively measured on the tread surface when new.
TIRE
Provided is a tire comprising, a shoulder land portion includes a width direction groove, the width direction groove comprises a first width direction groove portion that communicates with the circumferential groove, and a second width direction groove portion adjacent to and continuous with a tread ground contact edge side of the first width direction groove portion, the first width direction groove portion includes a narrowed groove portion in a region of at least a part of the first width direction groove portion in an extending direction of the first width direction groove portion, and respective groove widths of the circumferential groove, the first width direction groove portion and the second width direction groove portion satisfy a relational expression the groove width of the circumferential groove>the groove width of the first width direction groove portion>the groove width of the second width direction groove portion.
Pneumatic tire
Provided is a pneumatic tire in which circumferential narrow grooves are disposed at a tire width direction disposal density of from 0.06 grooves/mm to 0.2 grooves/mm. Width direction narrow grooves include at least one bent portion. The bent portion has a bend angle of not less than 40 and not more than 160.
Pneumatic tire
A tread pattern of a pneumatic tire includes circumferential main grooves, a land portion defined by the circumferential main grooves in the lateral direction, and sipes at intervals in a circumferential direction, the sipes connecting the circumferential main grooves with each other. Each of the sipes has a peak-like shape protruding to a first side in the circumferential direction. When, in a profile cross-section of the tread portion taken along the lateral direction, an arc passing through two land portion edge points at which a tread surface of the land portion is connected with groove wall surfaces of the circumferential main grooves and having a center point positioned on the equator line is set to a standard profile line, a profile line formed by the tread surface of the land portion is a swelling profile line protruding outward of the standard profile line in a radial direction.
Tyre
A tyre whose position when mounted on a vehicle is specified has a tread portion in which an outer tread edge and an inner tread edge are defined. The tread portion has a first main groove, a second main groove arranged on a side of the inner tread edge of the first main groove, an outer land region defined between the outer tread edge and the first main groove, a center land region defined between the first main groove and the second main groove, and an inner land region defined between the second main groove and the inner tread edge. A width in a tyre axial direction of the outer land region is larger than a width in the tyre axial direction of each of the center land region and the inner land region. The center land region is provided with first sipes each completely crossing the center land region.
TIRE
A tire according to this disclosure includes a rib-like or block-like land portion in contact with a road surface. The land portion includes a plurality of sipes. The end portion of the sipe positioned on the earlier contact side in contact with the road surface earlier as the tire rotates is opened to the side wall of the land portion. The end portion of the sipe positioned on the later contact side in contact with the road surface lately as the tire rotates terminates in the land portion.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A pneumatic tire including a block that is partitioned by plural circumferential direction grooves extending along a tire circumferential direction and by plural lug grooves extending diagonally with respect to the tire circumferential direction and provided with two or more bend portions, and at least one inclined fine groove that extends diagonally with respect to the tire circumferential direction, that is provided with at least two bend or more portions inside a single block, and that divides the block.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
In a pneumatic tire, a rubber surface layer portion comprises a first rubber portion formed from a first rubber, and a second rubber portion formed from a second rubber having a rubber hardness greater than a rubber hardness of the first rubber, the first rubber portion is arranged at a first side in a tire width direction, the second rubber portion is arranged at a second side in the tire width direction, an interface between the first rubber portion and the second rubber portion is arranged between a pair of main grooves that are arranged in outwardmost fashion in the tire width direction, and an average tire outside diameter toward the second side in the tire width direction from a tire equatorial plane is greater than an average tire outside diameter toward the first side in the tire width direction from the tire equatorial plane.
TIRE WITH GROOVES HAVING VARIABLE DEPTH
A tire includes a tread and a narrow, wavy, circumferential groove disposed on the tread, which extend around the tread in a circumferential direction. The narrow, wavy, circumferential groove has a first axial position associated with a minimum axial displacement, a second axial position associated with a maximum axial displacement, and the narrow, wavy, circumferential groove follows a serpentine path between the first and second axial positions. The narrow, wavy, circumferential groove has a first depth and a second depth, the first depth being a minimum narrow, wavy, circumferential groove depth and the second depth being a maximum narrow, wavy, circumferential groove depth. The narrow, wavy, circumferential groove follows a serpentine path between the first and second depths. The first depth of the narrow, wavy, circumferential groove and the second depth of the narrow, wavy, circumferential groove is between 0.10 mm and full tread depth.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
