METHOD FOR PRODUCING A MOLD SEGMENT COMPONENT, MOLD SEGMENT COMPONENT, VULCANIZATION MOLD, AND PNEUMATIC VEHICLE TIRE
A method for producing a mold segment component of a vulcanizing mold for a pneumatic vehicle tire for forming at least one profile block or a region structured in a block-like manner of an altogether curved tread, with a tread outer surface, which mold segment component is built up by means of an additive process, such as selective laser melting, by layer-by-layer planar application and melting of a metal powder on a planar building plate (10) together with a bottom part (7b) and mold elements, such as lamellae (4) and/or microlamellae (11) and/or ribs and/or regions of ribs, wherein mold elements delimit or run around mutually adjacent mold area elements (12) of the bottom part (7b) which have outer surfaces (12a) forming a region of the tread outer surface.
In the additive build-up operation, the mold area elements (12) are each additively built up with a unitary planar outer surface (12a) or with two to three planar outer surfaces (12a) running in a stepped manner in relation to one another, wherein all of the outer surfaces (12a) of the mold area elements (12) run parallel to one another and, with respect to the building plate (10), are surfaces at different levels such that the mutual arrangement of the outer surfaces (12a) of the mold area elements (12) largely approximates to the curvature of the region to be formed of the tread outer surface.
Tire with hybrid sipe pattern
The subject invention discloses a tire (1) having at least one sipe pattern comprising, in the circumferential direction of the tire (1), one or more straight sipes (15) and two or more inclined sipes (17, 19, 37, 39); wherein at least one straight sipe (15) is arranged between two or more inclined sipes (17, 19, 37, 39).
Pneumatic tire
In the pneumatic tire, at least one main groove is formed in each tread portion on either side of the tire equator to form plural land portions, a microgroove that extends in the width direction and closes at a time of grounding, and a crossing microgroove that crosses the microgroove and closes at the time of grounding are formed in at least one of the land portions, such that block groups, each consisting of plural blocks aligned along the microgroove, are arranged in at least one of the land portions repeatedly in the circumferential direction, and widthwise sidewalls of blocks in a block group arranged adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction are displaced from each other along the microgroove by a distance L corresponding to from ⅓ to ½ of the arrangement pitch P of the blocks.
Pneumatic tire
In a pneumatic tire, one end of a first lug groove opens to an edge of an inner second land on the ground contact edge side, and at the other end terminates within the inner second land. One end of the second lug groove opens to the edge of the inner second land on a equatorial plane edge side, and the other end terminates within the inner second land. The first and second lug grooves are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction. In a region on the outer side in the width direction, a circumferential main groove on the equatorial plane side defining the outer second land has a bent shape with an amplitude in a lateral direction, and includes an acute angle bend bending at an edge on the equatorial plane side. The outside second land includes a lug groove opening to a position facing the bend.
TIRE
A tire includes a tread portion includes circumferential grooves and a land portion divided by the circumferential grooves. The land portion has a ground contacting surface provided with first blind grooves, second blind grooves, first connecting ,sipes, second connecting sipes, and transverse sipes. The transverse sipes include first portions extending from a first circumferential edge with an inclination, second portions extending from the second circumferential edge and inclined in a same direction as with the inclination of the first portions, and third portions connecting the first and second portions with an inclination at a different angle from that of the inclination the first and second portions. In a plan view of the tread portion, the first portions overlap projection regions in which the respective first connecting sipes or the respective second connecting sipes are expanded parallel to the tire axial direction.
Pneumatic tire
Provided is a pneumatic tire. At least one land portion is defined and formed by a plurality of circumferential main grooves provided in a tread surface. A main sipe including a body portion and a chamfered portion is formed in at least one side of the body portion. A branch sipe branching from the chamfered portion is provided. The depth of the body portion is equal to or greater than the depth of the branch sipe.
Tire
A tire having a tread portion. The tread portion includes a first shoulder land portion that is defined between a first shoulder main groove and a first tread end. The first shoulder land portion includes: a shoulder lateral groove that extends from the first tread end and ends in the first shoulder land portion; a first sipe that extends from an end of the shoulder lateral groove to the first shoulder main groove; and a second sipe that extends from the first tread end toward the first shoulder main groove, and ends in the first shoulder land portion. A length of the shoulder lateral groove in a tire axial direction is 0.10 to 0.30 times a width of the first shoulder land portion in the tire axial direction.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion being provided with blocks which are provided with sipes. When the tread portion is virtually divided into a crown area having a ¼ tread ground-contact width centered on a tire equator, a pair of middle areas each having a ⅛ tread ground-contact width and being adjacent to axially each side of the crown area and a pair of inner shoulder areas each having a ⅛ tread ground-contact width and being adjacent to axially outside the middle areas, the sipes comprise crown sipes having main portions included in the crown area, middle sipes having main portions included in the middle areas and shoulder sipes having main portions included in the inner shoulder areas. Depths of the crown sipes are smaller than depths of the middle sipes, and depths of the shoulder sipes are smaller than the depths of the middle sipes.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion molded by sectors divided in a tire circumferential direction. The pneumatic tire includes circumferential grooves, rows of land portions, and sipes. The circumferential grooves extend in the tire circumferential direction in the tread portion. The rows of land portions are defined by the circumferential grooves. The sipes extend in a tire width direction in at least one row of the rows of land portions. The sipes include at least one shallow bottom sipe and regular sipes. The at least one shallow bottom sipe is disposed in a boundary region including a dividing position of each of the sectors. The regular sipes are disposed at positions more separated from the dividing position of each of the sectors than the at least one shallow bottom sipe. The at least one shallow bottom sipe is shallower than the regular sipes.
