A tyre whose position when mounted on a vehicle is specified has a tread portion in which an outer tread edge and an inner tread edge are defined. The tread portion has a first main groove, a second main groove arranged on a side of the inner tread edge of the first main groove, an outer land region defined between the outer tread edge and the first main groove, a center land region defined between the first main groove and the second main groove, and an inner land region defined between the second main groove and the inner tread edge. A width in a tyre axial direction of the outer land region is larger than a width in the tyre axial direction of each of the center land region and the inner land region. The center land region is provided with first sipes each completely crossing the center land region.

An outer shoulder land region includes first shoulder lateral grooves each extending axially inwardly from an outer tread ground contact edge to have a first inner end in the tyre axial direction within the outer shoulder land region, first outer shoulder lateral sipes each connecting between the first inner end and an outer shoulder main groove, and second outer shoulder lateral sipes each extending axially inwardly from the outer tread ground contact edge to have a second inner end positioned on an axially outer side of the first inner ends. An outer middle land region includes outer middle lateral sipes each smoothly connected with the respective first outer shoulder lateral sipe with the outer shoulder main groove therebetween. Each of the outer middle lateral sipes connects between the outer shoulder main groove and an outer crown main groove and has a third inner end within the outer middle land region.

A tyre has a tread portion. The tread portion includes a land region defined between a first edge extending in a tyre circumferential direction and a second edge extending in the tyre circumferential direction. The land region is provided with a first lateral groove extending from the first edge toward the second edge and terminating within the land region, a vertical groove connected with the first lateral groove, extending in the tyre circumferential direction, and having both end portions terminating within the land region, and a sipe connected with the vertical groove and extending therefrom toward the second edge.

A tyre comprises a tread portion having a main groove extending continuously in a tyre circumferential direction and a pair of land regions adjacent to the main groove on both sides thereof. At least one of the pair of the land regions has, on an edge thereof facing the main groove, a plurality of main groove side step-like portions each having a height decreasing stepwise in two or more steps from a ground contacting surface of the at least one of the pair of the land regions to a bottom surface of the main groove. The main groove side step-like portions include at least a first main groove side step-like portion and a second main groove side step-like portion having different numbers of the steps from each other.

A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion provided with a circumferentially and continuously extending zigzag shoulder main groove located adjacent to a tread edge to define a shoulder portion axially outward of the shoulder main groove and a central lateral groove extending axially inwardly from the shoulder main groove. The shoulder portion includes a top surface having an axially inner edge facing the shoulder main groove and a sidewall extending radially inwardly from the inner edge. The sidewall of the shoulder portion is provided with a shoulder dent portion dented axially outwardly from the shoulder main groove. The central lateral groove is located so that an extended portion in which the central lateral groove is extended axially outwardly overlaps with the shoulder dent portion at least partially.

A pneumatic tire comprises a plurality of main grooves extending in a tire circumferential direction, and a plurality of land portions that are partitioned by at least one contact patch end and the plurality of main grooves, the plurality of land portions comprise a center land portion that contains a center in a tire width direction, and a side land portion that is adjacent in the tire width direction to the center land portion, a dimension in the tire width direction of one land portion among the center land portion and the side land portion is less than a dimension in the tire width direction of the other land portion thereamong, and a maximum value of an amount by which the one land portion protrudes from a tread profile is greater than a maximum value of an amount by which the other land portion protrudes from the tread profile.

A pneumatic tire comprises a plurality of main grooves extending in a tire circumferential direction, and a plurality of land portions that are partitioned by at least one contact patch end and the plurality of main grooves, the plurality of land portions comprise a center land portion that contains a center in a tire width direction, and a pair of side land portions that are adjacent in the tire width direction to the center land portion, and respective maximum values of amounts by which the pair of side land portions protrude from a tread profile are each greater than a maximum value of an amount by which the center land portion protrudes from the tread profile.

A pneumatic tire comprises a plurality of main grooves extending in a tire circumferential direction, and a plurality of land portions that are partitioned by at least one contact patch end and the plurality of main grooves, the plurality of land portions comprise a center land portion that contains a center in a tire width direction, and a pair of side land portions that are adjacent in the tire width direction to the center land portion, and a maximum value of a recessed amount by which the center land portion is recessed relative to a tread profile is greater than respective maximum value of recessed amounts by which each of the pair of side land portions are recessed relative to the tread profile.

A tire comprises a tread portion provided with zigzag circumferential grooves and lateral grooves so that hexagonal blocks are formed between the zigzag circumferential grooves. Corners of the hexagonal blocks adjacent to each other through the lateral grooves are partially chamfered to have chamfered parts, with respect to each of the lateral grooves, the chamfered part of the corner of the hexagonal block abutting on the lateral groove on one side in the tire circumferential direction is located in a different position in the longitudinal direction of the lateral groove than the chamfered part of the corner of the hexagonal block abutting on the lateral groove on the other side in the tire circumferential direction.

This pneumatic tire includes, on a tread surface, land portions defined by tread edges and by circumferential main grooves extending continuously in the tread circumferential direction; central sipes, in a central land portion on a tire equatorial plane, extending in the tread width direction and formed at a predetermined pitch length, the central land portion being continuous in the tread circumferential direction between adjacent central sipes; and intermediate sipes, in intermediate land portions adjacent to the central land portion on both sides in the tread width direction with the circumferential main grooves therebetween, extending in the tread width direction and being formed at a predetermined pitch length, each intermediate land portion being continuous in the tread circumferential direction between adjacent intermediate sipes. The pitch length of the intermediate sipes is longer than that of the central sipes, and both ends of the central sipes open into the circumferential main grooves.
