Go anywhere fishing reel line loader
A device for loading a fishing reel with line from a line supply spool by a single person. This device has a base with two side walls with corresponding holes, a plastic bendable tension rod, and suction cups attached to the bottom of the base. The tension rod produces downward pressure on supply spool when threaded through side wall hole, then through center hole of supply spool, then through corresponding through hole on the other side wall, holding it in place. The tension rod when in place as above also produces tension on fishing line which can be loaded to reel by attaching line to reel through rod guides and turning reel crank. The suction cups attached to base allow line loader to be used by one person anywhere you have a non-porous surface.
Reel line spooler
Apparatus and methods are described for spooling line on and off of a reel using a turnbuckle mechanism that is adapted to securely fit between two opposing handles on the reel and includes a power driver attachment for quickly turning the tumbuckle mechanism.
APPARATUS FOR SPOOLING AND DE-SPOOLING FISHING LINE
The present variations generally disclose an apparatus including a mounting base including at least two threaded rods extending from the base opposite one another. The base may define at least two recesses approximately near the two threaded rods, the two recesses being constructed and arranged to receive a reel or spool foot therein. The apparatus may include at least two foot holders constructed and arranged to secure a reel or spool within the two recesses. Optional locking nuts may be threaded onto the two threaded rods to hold the foot holders securely in place.
Electric AC or DC fishing line dryer, cleaner, line conditioner and spooler with line counter
This invention removes fishing line from any type of reel, cleans it, dries it, and then by reversing the process, treats the line, tensions it as it is counted and rewinds it back on the reel. The entire apparatus is portable using either direct or alternating current. All fishermen, world wide, would like this invention because it would keep his equipment clean, avoid worry or a guilt trip.
MEANS AND METHOD FOR EASILY TRANSFERRING FISHING LINE FROM A STORAGE SPOOL TO A FISHING REEL BOTH MOUNTED ON A FISHING ROD
A portable one piece hanger means comprising a gripping means and a holding means, with the gripping means adapted to readily attach and detach said hanger mean to and from a fishing rod that has a fishing reel attached thereto and with the holding means adapted to support a supply spool of fishing line that rotates on said holding means but is held securely thereon while said holding means exerts a drag on the spool thus tensioning the line as it is fed from the supply spool to the reel while the hanger means is temporarily and securely attached to the fishing rod. The holding means is on the same side of the hanger means as the griping means and the hanger means can be a package when sold with the supply spool as a unit.
Fishing Line Winder
A fishing line winder is disclosed. The line winder is combined with a line reel, so that a fishing line is sequentially reeled and unreeled. The line winder is a machine for preventing reverse winding and tangling, where a base of the fishing line winder is provided with a shaft, and a driving member drives the shaft to rotate, while a spindle is provided with a line spool, an abutment wheel and an unidirectional bearing; a resistance against the rotation of the abutment wheel is formed by means of a brake pad, thus preventing reverse winding and tangling when the fishing line is reeled onto and unreeled from the line reel.
Peritoneal dialysis system and method having intraperitoneal pressure sensing
A peritoneal dialysis (PD) system includes a housing; a dialysis fluid pump housed by the housing; a dual lumen patient line extending from the housing; a filter set including a final stage filter located along a first line, and which includes a second line in parallel with the first line, the first line in fluid communication with a first lumen of the dual lumen patient line, and the second line in fluid communication with a second lumen of the dual lumen patient line; a pressure sensor located within the housing and positioned so as to sense a static or substantially static PD fluid pressure in the second lumen while fresh PD fluid is pumped through the first lumen and the final stage filter; and a control unit configured to use the sensed static or substantially static pressure in a pressure control routine for the dialysis fluid pump.
Automatic winding machine and automatic winding method
An automatic winding machine and method are disclosed. The system includes a line feeding assembly, a winding assembly, an automatic line guide assembly, and an interface screen. The line feeding assembly includes a spool holding frame for supporting a bulk spool of line. The winding assembly includes a reel spool holding clamp, a fishing reel holding clamp, and a winding motor for rotating either a reel spool or a reel handle. The automatic line guide assembly includes a line guide mechanism driven by a line guide motor to distribute line evenly. The interface screen regulates winding speed, spool width, and the line placement. The system provides fully automated, uniform spooling with adjustable tension and minimal labor.
SPOOL FOR A DUAL-BEARING REEL AND DUAL-BEARING REEL
A spool for a dual-bearing reel, includes a bobbin trunk having an outer circumferential surface around which a fishing line is capable of being wound, and a through-hole extending through the outer circumferential surface in a radial direction of a rotational axis of the spool, a pillar portion extending from an inner circumferential surface of the bobbin trunk toward the rotational axis, and being disposed at a position that does not overlap with the through-hole as viewed from the radial direction, and first and second flanges extending from first and second ends of the bobbin trunk, respectively, in a direction away from the rotational axis, the outer circumferential surface of the bobbin trunk having a tapered surface inclined in a direction approaching the rotational axis toward the first and second flanges.
