BEARING DEVICE FOR MOUNTING AN AXLE GUIDE
A bearing device for mounting an axle guide for commercial vehicles includes a first connector which has an axial direction of extension, and a first axial centre in the axial direction of extension, a damping unit, having an outwardly peripheral retaining surface, and a second connector being fixed to the retaining surface, wherein the second connector extends along the axial direction of extension, wherein the second connector has a boundary surface on which an axle guide can be fixed, wherein the boundary surface has a second axial centre in the axial direction of extension, and wherein the first and the second axial centre are offset from each other along a vector of the axial direction of extension.
DAMPER SPRING SUPPORT AND VEHICLE AXLE HAVING THE SAME
The present document provides a damper spring support and a vehicle axle having the same. The damper spring support includes: a first angle adjustment mechanism configured for being fixed to a vehicle body; a support base configured for supporting a damper spring; and a connection structure configured for detachably fixing the support base to different positions of the first angle adjustment mechanism. If the support base being fixed to different positions of the first angle adjustment mechanism, a damper spring support surface of the support base facing different directions.
Suspension device for electric vehicle
A suspension device for electric vehicle includes a pair of hollow members each connected to an elastic body configured to suspend a vehicle body of the vehicle, the pair of hollow members each configured to house, in an internal space of the hollow member, part of an associated one of a pair of drive shafts, a beam member joined to the pair of hollow members, and at least one of a hollow member joint portion or a beam member joint portion having a projecting portion, the hollow member joint portion constituting a side surface of each of the hollow members, the beam member joint portion constituting a side surface of an end portion of the beam member, the other one of the hollow member joint portion or the beam member joint portion having a recessed portion.
CTBA bush and CTBA suspension system
A Coupled Torsion Beam Axle (CTBA) bush may include an axial stiffness control portion which forms a cross section of a bush pipe 3 in a cross-sectional structure of additionally securing a gap, the bush pipe generating a rotation against an external load so that lateral stiffness performance and lateral steer performance are enhanced together; and a front and rear stiffness control portion which forms a bush mass in an X-shaped asymmetric bridge structure, the bush mass forming the bush pipe as an external diameter and forming a bush core as an internal diameter so that handling performance and ride comfort performance are enhanced together.
Arrangement for Securing a Vibration Damper of a Vehicle
An arrangement for securing a vehicle vibration damper on a wheel support and/or on a vehicle body includes a rubber bearing secured by a fastener, the rubber bearing including at least two rubber bushings. When in an installed position, at least one of the rubber bushings is secured in three longitudinal degrees of freedom relative to the wheel support or the vehicle body, and a rotational degree of freedom of the one of the bushings about the axis of the fastener is blocked by a form-fitting arrangement. The form-fitting arrangement formed by engagement of a nose on the one of the bushings into a recess arranged in a rubber bearing receiving area of the wheel support and/or vehicle body. The nose and the recess are shaped such that the form fitting connection is formed only by installing the fastener, without the need for manually rotating the bushing with a tool.
FABRICATED AXLE SEAT ASSEMBLY
Axle seat assemblies and methods of manufacturing thereof, are provided for attachment to an axle body (15). The axle seat assembly may be comprised of a first piece (42) and a second piece (50). The first piece (42) may have a first wall, a second wall and a first axle seat piece engagement portion providing a first engagement surface. The second piece (50) may have a third wall and a second axle seat piece engagement portion providing a second engagement surface. The first wall and the second wall of the first piece are oriented to engage a front surface of an axle body and the third wall of the second piece is oriented to engage a rear surface (30) of an axle body. The first and second engagement surfaces of the respective first and second pieces of the axle seat assembly are positioned and configured to engage one another to removably and reversibly secure with the use of a fastener the first piece to the second piece to form an axle seat assembly.
Sealed removable spindle for a spring axle
A removable spindle assembly improvement comprised of a spindle housing end unit having a threaded cavity. A corresponding threaded removable spindle is torqued into the threaded cavity. The spindle has a tapered section that includes O-rings for creating a seal along the corresponding section of the cavity to prevent corrosion which assists in the elimination of spindle seizure within the spindle housing end unit's cavity. The spindle housing end unit's housing includes at least two threaded apertures that cooperate with sealed set screws for securing the spindle in place during operation. The set screws are placed apart at an odd number of 15 degree increments. This assembly facilitates easy removal and replacement of a spindle on a spring axle.
Axle system having an axle lift kit and method of assembly
An axle system and a method of assembly. The axle system may include an axle lift kit. The axle lift kit may have a first bracket subassembly that may be fastened to the hanger bracket and a second bracket subassembly that may be fastened to first and second lateral sides of the trailing arm.
Axle suspension system having a shear bolt
A shear bolt and an axle suspension system having a shear bolt. The shear bolt may have a shear head and an enlarged head. The shear head may be configured to detach from the shear bolt. The enlarged head may have first and second protrusions that may be grasped by a tool in a manner that prevents tightening of the shear bolt.
Wheel suspension
A wheel suspension having at least one chassis suspension link, a first track rod and a second track rod. A deflecting lever connects the first track rod and the second track rod to one another and the deflecting lever is mounted on the at least one chassis suspension link. To produce a simple structure of the bearing system, the bearing system is in the form of a slide bearing which is accommodated by a bearing section of the at least one chassis suspension link, in which a fastener, that connects the deflecting lever and the at least one chassis suspension link, is fitted.
