STABILIZER LINK FOR AUTOMOBILE SUSPENSIONS
The present invention relates to a stabilizer link for automobile suspensions, comprising: a tubular body (1), having at one end a pair of first flattened areas (2, 2) configuring a leak-tight closure of a first inner cavity (9) of the tubular body (1) located between both flattened areas (2, 2); and a first covering (4) made of polymeric material coupled, during the forming process thereof, on the end of the tubular body (1) such that it surrounds the pair of first flattened areas (2, 2), and wherein said covering (4) comprises a first articulation (6).
AIR SPRING SLEEVES SWAGE ASSEMBLY
A gas spring system (10), comprising: an end plate (12); a piston (14) laterally spaced from said end plate (12); a first flexible sleeve (16) having a first end (13) and a second end (15), said first end (13) of the first flexible sleeve (16) sealingly connected to the end plate (12); a second flexible sleeve (18) having a first end (17) and a second end (19), said first end (17) of the second flexible sleeve (18) sealingly connected to the piston (14); and a swage assembly (20) sealingly engaging the respective second ends (15, 19) of said first and second flexible sleeves (16, 18).
BONDING JIG AND BONDING METHOD
A bonding jig for crimping and bonding first and second members constituting a damping member to a bonded member includes: a first bonding member configured to hold the first member; a second bonding member configured to hold the second member and cover the first bonding member to crimp the first and second members onto the bonded member; and a switching mechanism configured to switch, in a space where the first bonding member holds the first member, between a first state in which a gap is formed between the first bonding member and a part of a side surface of the first member continuous with a crimping surface with the second member and a second state in which the gap is filled to control a position of the first member.
STABILIZER BUSH APPARATUS
Proposes is a stabilizer bush apparatus including a bracket coupled to a sub-frame, a bearing installed on the bracket, and a bush coupled to the bearing, surrounding a stabilizer bar, and including a sealing portion, the sealing portion being elastically deformed, thereby coming into contact with the bracket and blocking foreign material from being introduced from the outside into the bracket.
