Bush

A bush (20) includes a base material (45) that is disposed at a vehicle body (12), an inter ring (48) that is integrally disposed at the base material (45), and a surface layer (51) that is disposed inside the inter ring (48). The inter ring (48) is arranged along an opening (47) in such a manner as to surround the opening (47). The surface layer (51) includes an insertion hole (52) and is integrally formed from a self-adhesive elastic material into a thin wall shape. A stabilized rod (14) is inserted into the insertion hole (52).

Condition tracking system for tracking the condition of parts in vehicles

A status tracking system for tracking a suspension system or a physical condition of the parts in a steering system in vehicles. The status tracking system includes a sensor unit connected with the body of the part, and a processor unit configured to connect with the sensor unit in a manner receiving the measurements made by the sensor unit as input. The processor unit is configured to obtain measurement information from the measurements it receives, generate status information by classifying the measurement information according to a reference value in a memory unit, and display the status information on a user interface.

Torsion bar unit

A torsion bar unit includes a cylindrical shaped torsion bar including a fiber-reinforced composite material and extending in a first direction, a first holding member having a first groove for holding an end part of the torsion bar, and a second holding member having a second groove for holding the end part of the torsion bar at a position opposite the first groove and sandwiching and holding the end part of the torsion bar between the first groove and the second groove by overlapping the first holding member and the second holding member.

Bonding method

A bonding method bonds a buffer member to an adherend member, and includes: an adhesive application step of applying an adhesive to a part of the buffer member, the part being bonded to the adherend member; a first heating step of heating a part of the adherend member, the part being bonded to the buffer member; a second heating step of heating the part of the adherend member after the first heating step; and an attachment step of attaching the buffer member to the adherend member after the second heating step.
