VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER
A present disclosure relates to a vehicle air conditioner including a blower. At least the blower is disposed within an engine compartment. The blower includes a motor that is configured to rotate a fan. A rotating shaft of the motor is diagonally arranged with an inclination angle that is greater than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees with respect to a vertical direction. An attachable/detachable direction of the motor with respect to the blower-is an upper side thereof.
HEAT EXCHANGE SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
It provides an operation part calculating an energy recovered by the heat exchanger in the heat exchanger and energies consumed by the air blower for absorption and the air blower for discharge and determining which of the energy recovered by the heat exchange and the energies consumed by the air blower for absorption and the air blower for discharge is greater, and a control part controlling at least one of the air blower for absorption and the air blower for discharge so that the energy consumed by the air blower for absorption and the air blower for discharge becomes small when the operation part determines that the energy consumed by the air blower for absorption and the air blower for discharge is greater than the energy recovered by the heat exchanger.
MODULAR ARCHITECTURE HVAC FOR MULTI-ZONE APPLICATIONS
An air handling system of a vehicle includes a main housing interchangeable between a first configuration and a second configuration. The main housing has a primary portion configured to convey a cold air flow and a warm air flow therethrough. A secondary portion is interchangeable between a first plenum in the first configuration of the main housing and a second plenum in the second configuration of the main housing.
Air conditioning unit for a vehicle
An air conditioning unit for a vehicle includes a first channel and a second channel, a blowing unit including a first blower fan and a second blower fan that rotate together by sharing a rotary shaft and a driving unit, a bypass channel, and a control door disposed among the outlets of the first channel and the second channel, the heating core, and the bypass channel to control air discharged from the first channel or the second channel to pass through the heating core or not to pass through the heating core through the bypass channel.
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system
An HVAC system including a front blower having a first front blower outlet and a second front blower outlet. The first front blower outlet and the second front blower outlet are arranged vertically relative to one another. A joint duct includes a first body portion and a second body portion. The first body portion includes a first duct inlet, which is connected to the first front blower outlet, and a first duct outlet. The second body portion includes a second duct inlet, which is connected to the second front blower outlet, and a second duct outlet. The first duct outlet and the second duct outlet are arranged horizontally relative to one another. An HVAC case defines a first inlet and a second inlet arranged horizontally relative to one another. The first duct outlet is connected to the first inlet, and the second duct outlet is connected to the second inlet.
MOTOR VEHICLE FRONT SECTION
A motor vehicle front section of a motor vehicle includes a first spatial region, a second spatial region formed separately from the first spatial region, a first cover that covers the first spatial region, and a second cover that covers the second spatial region. The first cover extends substantially over a width of the motor vehicle front section, and the second cover extends substantially over the width of the motor vehicle front section. The first cover is arranged in front of or behind the second cover in a vehicle longitudinal direction. An access is provided in at least one of the covers for at least one connection arranged underneath the cover.
HVAC INLET SUBASSEMBLY
An inlet subassembly for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The inlet subassembly includes a divider defining a first airflow path and a second airflow path on opposite sides of the divider. The first airflow path extends from a first side of the recirculation air inlet and a first side of the fresh air inlet. The second airflow path extends from a second side of the recirculation air inlet and a second side of the fresh air inlet. A first inlet door is movable to control airflow into the first airflow path from the first side of the recirculation air inlet or the first side of the fresh air inlet. A second inlet door is movable to control airflow into the second airflow path from the second side of the recirculation air inlet or the second side of the fresh air inlet.
HVAC INLET SUBASSEMBLY
An inlet subassembly for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The inlet subassembly includes a fresh air inlet and a fresh air door movable to control fresh airflow through the fresh air inlet. The inlet subassembly further includes a recirculation air inlet and a partition defining a first airflow channel and a second airflow channel extending from the recirculation air inlet. A recirculation air door is adjacent to the recirculation air inlet and is movable to a closed position restricting recirculated airflow into both the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel, an open position permitting recirculated airflow into both the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel, and a two-layer position in which the recirculation air door restricts recirculated airflow into the first airflow channel and permits recirculated airflow into the second airflow channel.
Air conditioning device for vehicle
A first case member of a blower unit has a first communication passage communicating with an air intake side of a blower. A second case member of a temperature adjustment unit has a second communication passage communicating with a condensed water discharge portion through which condensed water is discharged. The respective case members are joined with each other in a state where a portion forming the first communication passage and a portion forming the second communication passage face each other. The portion of the first communication passage includes a drain portion having a groove shape and configured to discharge water in the first communicating passage. The portion of the second communication passage includes a drain receiving portion having a groove shape, communicating with the first communication passage and receiving the water discharged from the drain portion.
AIR CONDITIONING UNIT AND SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioning unit for a vehicle includes: a first channel having a first inlet and a first outlet, and having a first blower fan and a heating core therein; a second channel having a second inlet and a second outlet, and having a second blower fan and a cooling core therein; a bypass channel diverging from the second outlet of the second channel and connected with the first inlet of the first channel; and a control door disposed between the bypass channel and the first channel and selectively closing the bypass channel or the first inlet such that the first channel and the second channel are disconnected when the bypass channel is closed, and interior air is introduced through the second inlet and the second outlet and then discharged to the exterior through the first outlet when the first inlet is closed.
