AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
An air-conditioning system for a motor vehicle includes an evaporator, a heating device arranged downstream of the evaporator, an evaporator bypass duct arranged below the evaporator, and at least one air guiding duct. The at least one air guiding duct has an inlet end that is communicatingly connected to the evaporator bypass duct and an outlet side that opens or ends between the evaporator and the heating device. The at least one air guiding duct is structured and arranged such that outside air flowing through the evaporator bypass duct and the air guiding duct(s) enters the heating device. The at least one air guiding duct includes a lateral collar extending outwardly therefrom, structured and arranged to facilitate discharging condensate from the evaporator into a condensate pan.
Cab for an agricultural working vehicle
A cab for an agricultural working vehicle has a cab base and a cab roof, between which a windshield and side windows are situated in a frame structure, and a driver's seat situated on the cab base. There is at least one air treatment device for cooling and heating an inlet air flow which is supplied to the cab through an intake duct. The air treatment device has at least one first air distribution duct having at least one first air outlet opening, and at least one second air distribution duct having at least one second air outlet opening. The first air outlet opening outputs a first air flow substantially along the windshield and the second air outlet opening outputs a second air flow directed in the direction of the driver's seat. The first air flow has a higher temperature than the second air flow.
HVAC module
An HVAC module for a vehicle includes an upper airflow from an evaporator having an upper hot branch through a heater core and an upper cold branch that bypasses the heater core. A lower airflow from the evaporator has a lower hot branch through the heater core and a lower cold branch that bypasses the heater core. An upper barrel door is to select an upper blend setting of the upper airflow directed through the upper hot branch and through the upper cold branch. A lower barrel door is to select a lower blend setting of the lower airflow directed through the lower hot branch and through the lower cold branch. The upper hot branch and the lower hot branch are connected to a rear duct connected to an upper blend zone. The upper cold branch feeds the upper blend zone. The lower cold branch feeds the rear duct.
AIR CONDITIONING UNIT FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioner for a vehicle includes an air conditioning case and a case interior member in the air conditioning case. The case interior member includes a tunnel member and a tunnel exterior guide wall. The tunnel member defines a tunnel channel therein and is arranged in a downstream space defined in an air conditioning case. The tunnel exterior guide wall is configured to guide an air to flow from a warm air passage to an outside of the tunnel channel. A first direction along which the tunnel exterior guide wall extends is closer to a direction, which is opposite to the one direction along which the air flowing from a cool air passage into the downstream space, as compared to a second direction along which the tunnel guide wall extends.
AIR CONDITIONING UNIT FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioning case defines a warm air passage, a cool air passage, a first space, and a second space therein. The cool air passage is in communication with the first space. The warm air passage is in communication with the first space. The second space is connected to the first space on a side of the first space away from the cool air passage. A case interior member including a tunnel member and a blade is arranged in the first space. The tunnel member includes an upstream-end forming portion and a downstream-end forming portion. The upstream-end forming portion is open to the warm air passage. The downstream-end forming portion is open in a direction away from the upstream-end forming portion. The blade extends from the downstream-end forming portion to both sides along a width direction, and guides the air from the tunnel channel to diffuse along the width direction.
Vehicle air-conditioning unit
A vehicle air-conditioning unit has an air conditioning case and a case interior member. The air conditioning case defines a case passage in which air flows toward a vehicle compartment. The air conditioning case has a recess defining portion that is located in the case passage and defines a recessed portion. The case interior member has a guide portion and a cover. The guide portion guides the air flowing in the case passage. The cover is located in the recessed portion. The cover prevents the air, flowing in the case passage, from flowing into the recessed portion.
REAR HVAC CENTER STRUCTURE AND DOOR MECHANISM
An HVAC system for a vehicle includes a first shell, an opposing second shell, and a divider disposed between the first shell and the second shell. The system further includes a first conduit defined between the first shell and a first side of the divider, and a first door disposed in the first conduit and configured to control a volume flow rate in the first conduit. The system further includes a second conduit defined between the second shell and a second side of the divider opposing the first side, and a second door disposed in the second conduit and configured to control a volume flow rate in the second conduit.
Multi-planar air diverter
A climate control system for a vehicle comprises a housing and a diverter. The housing has a first conduit formed therein. The first conduit includes a first subconduit formed in an intermediate portion of the first conduit and a second subconduit disposed adjacent an end of the first subconduit. The diverter is rotatably disposed within the first conduit, and includes a first member having an outer edge and an offset edge. The outer edge is disposed on a first planar portion of the first member and configured to sealingly contact a wall of the first subconduit when the diverter is in a first position. The offset edge is disposed on a second planar portion of the first member and configured to sealingly contact a portion of the second subconduit when the diverter is in the first position.
DOOR ACTUATING DEVISE
A door actuating device includes a plurality of doors disposed in a flow channel for adjusting a degree of opening of the flow channel defined in an air conditioner case, the doors having respective door drive shafts, and a link unit actuating at least two of the doors. The link unit includes an actuator, a plate-like base member having two surfaces, a link mechanism having a plurality of levers mounted on at least either one of the two surfaces of the base member, and a rack member movably disposed on the base member and movable by a drive force transmitted from the actuator.
Vehicle air-conditioning unit
A vehicle air-conditioning unit includes an air-conditioning case, a heater, and an opening-closing device. The air-conditioning case includes a first air passage, a second air passage and a third air passage provided in parallel with each other. The heater is provided in the third air passage and heating the air flowing in the third air passage. The opening-closing device opens and closes the third air passage on a downstream side of the heater. The third air passage includes an opening hole that is an opening end of the third air passage on an upstream side of the heater, and the air-conditioning case includes a hole separation portion dividing the opening hole of the third air passage into a plurality of separation holes.
