FLAP SYSTEM FOR A HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING (HVAC) UNIT FOR CIRCULATING-AIR/FRESH-AIR CONTROL AND HVAC UNIT
A flap system for a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning unit for circulating-air/fresh-air control in a motor vehicle, the HVAC unit having flow ducts for circulating air and for fresh air and a mixing chamber in which circulating air and fresh air are mixed with one another for ventilating a vehicle interior, the flap system having two rotary flaps, each adjustable about an axis of rotation, and an actuator, by which one of the two rotary flaps is driven directly for adjustment, and wherein the other rotary flap is a circulating air rotary flap associated with the flow channel for circulating air for influencing a circulating air flow.
Blower
A blower includes a centrifugal fan and a partition wall disposed in a suction space in the centrifugal fan. The partition wall has a base portion extending along a fan central axis to partition the suction space into a first space for a first fluid and a second space for a second fluid. The partition wall has an enlarged portion connected to an end of the base portion on another side of the fan central axis. The enlarged portion covers a part of a fan boss. A clearance passage is defined between the enlarged portion and the fan boss and has a first space side opening and a second space side opening. The enlarged portion is biased in the suction space to the second space such that a pressure at the second space side opening is less than a pressure at the first space side opening.
Air conditioner for vehicle
The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle having a rear seat outlet, which can relieve temperature inversion that discharge temperature of the console vent becomes higher than discharge temperature of a rear seat floor vent in a bi-level mode, and prevent reduction of air volume of the console vent in the cooling mode. The air conditioner for a vehicle, which has a rear seat outlet, includes an air-conditioning case having an air passageway formed therein and a plurality of air outlets, and a cooling heat exchanger and a heating heat exchanger disposed in the air passageway of the air-conditioning case to exchange heat with air passing through the air passageway. Wherein the air outlets include a console vent and a rear seat floor vent, and an entrance of the rear seat floor vent is formed above an entrance of the console vent.
HVAC system for vehicle
A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system for a vehicle may include: a casing having an inlet and a plurality of outlets; an evaporator disposed within the casing; a heater core disposed behind the evaporator within the casing; and an air mixing door disposed between the evaporator and the heater core. In particular, the heater core and a rear wall of the casing are spaced apart from each other by a first distance, the evaporator and the heater core are spaced apart from each other by a second distance, and the first distance is greater than the second distance.
Vehicular air conditioner
Provided is a vehicular air conditioner including: an air-conditioning case that has an upper passage and a lower passage which are partitioned by an upper and lower partition plate therebetween; a heating unit that is disposed over the upper passage and the lower passage; an upper passage partition plate that is disposed downstream of the heating unit of the upper passage and forms a guide passage that guides a portion of air, which has passed the heating unit, toward an upper and lower connection opening that connects the upper passage and the lower passage; and a guide passage opening/closing unit that closes the guide passage in a state where the upper and lower connection opening is closed.
HVAC TEMPERATURE STRATIFICATION DOOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An HVAC system includes an evaporator, a heater, a plurality of outlets, and a sliding control door downstream of the evaporator, which is configured to allow air to flow across one or both of a heated path across the heater and a bypass path bypassing the heater. A sliding stratification door is downstream of the temperature control door and positionable to, in an intermediate position, direct air flowing through the bypass path to be mixed with air that flowed across the heated path before flowing out of the plurality of outlets.
AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioner for a vehicle includes a casing that forms an air passage through which air flows, a blower fan to blow out air, and a heating device to heat air. The casing includes a passage portion through which air flows, a warm air passage that allows air to flow to the heating device, and a bypass passage that allows air to bypass the heating device. A width dimension of the passage portion in a second direction is larger than that of the heating device in the second direction, and is smaller than a height dimension of the passage portion in a first direction.
AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioner has: an air-conditioning case including an air passage; a plate-shaped door body that rotates about a rotation shaft; and an opposing wall provided in the air passage to define a gap between a tip portion of the door body and the opposing wall. A length of the opposing wall in a circumferential direction of the rotation shaft is larger than a thickness dimension of the tip portion of the door body. The opposing wall includes a first door facing surface and a second door facing surface. The air-conditioning case has a connecting surface connecting the first door facing surface and the second door facing surface. The second door facing surface is located outward with respect to the rotation shaft in a radial direction than the first door facing surface is.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioning system for a vehicle may include a refrigerant line through which a refrigerant circulates and an evaporator and a condenser are connected to each other; and a first core and a second core for indoor air conditioning, wherein the first core includes a first inlet and a first outlet through which a coolant passing through the evaporator is introduced and discharged, respectively, the second core includes a second inlet and a second outlet through which a coolant passing through the condenser is introduced and discharged, respectively, and the first core and the second core are connected to each other through a connection line, and the connection line is provided with a first valve selectively connecting the first core and the second core through the connection line.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
A vehicle air conditioning system is provided and includes a heating duct through which internal air and external air are introduced and a cooling duct through which internal air and external air are introduced. A condenser is disposed in the heating duct and an evaporator is disposed in the cooling duct and is connected to the condenser. A phase change material (PCM) stores thermal energy of the internal air passing through the heating and cooling ducts. An internal/external air door controls the mixing of the internal/external air introduced into the heating and cooling ducts, and a PMC door controls the external air introduced through the heating and cooling ducts whether to pass through the PCM.
