HVAC-MODULE
An HVAC module may include an air path through which air is flowable, an evaporator, and a heater. The evaporator and the heater may subdivide the air path into a main path and a side path. The main path may pass through the evaporator and the heater. The side path may branch off from the main path upstream of the evaporator and may open into the main path downstream of the heater. The side path may be fluidically connected to the main path between the evaporator and the heater. A first valve flap may be arranged in the air path and may be adjustable to a closed position and to an open position. A second valve flap may be arranged in the air path and may be adjustable to a first position, to a second position, and to a third position.
AIR DISTRIBUTION ARRANGEMENT WITH INFLATABLE PIPES FOR AN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
An air distribution arrangement for an air conditioning unit is provided. The air distribution arrangement includes a main body coupled to a housing of the air conditioning unit, and provided with a distribution chamber fluidically connected to at least one air transport conduit formed within the housing of the air conditioning unit, and a plurality of distribution pipes connected to the main body and configured to be connected to respective air outlets for distributing air within a cabin of a vehicle. Each of the distribution pipes is flexible and at least partially inflatable due to an air flow within it.
Heat pump air-conditioning system and electric vehicle
A heat pump air-conditioning system includes a HVAC assembly, a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, and a first plate heat exchanger. The HVAC assembly includes an indoor condenser, an indoor evaporator, and an damper mechanism. The compressor communicates to the indoor condenser. The indoor condenser communicates to the outdoor heat exchanger and further to the outdoor heat exchanger through a first enthalpy-increased branch. The outdoor heat exchanger communicates to the indoor evaporator and further to a moderate-pressure air inlet of the compressor through a second enthalpy-increased branch. The indoor evaporator communicates to a low-pressure air inlet of the compressor. The first enthalpy-increased branch and the second enthalpy-increased branch exchange heat by using the first plate heat exchanger. The second enthalpy-increased branch is provided with a first expansion valve. The outdoor heat exchanger is in communication with the first plate heat exchanger through the first expansion valve.
Heated vehicle cowl
A wiper system for vehicles is provided. The system includes a heated wiper blade assembly, a heated cowl assembly and a controller. The controller receives input from one or more sensors or systems and causes a power source to provide, reduce or stop power to heating elements in the blade and/or cowl depending upon sensed conditions. At least some components in the assembly comprise thermally conductive polymers. The system provides surprisingly advantageous results in that it is effective for melting and clearing ice and snow with a lower than expected pull on a power source such as a battery.
Automatic heated wiper system

THERMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A thermal management system for an electric vehicle includes an interior air conditioning part including an air inflow part, an air discharge part, a cooling core, a heating core arranged between the cooling core and the air discharge part, and an adjustment door for selectively adjusting whether air having passed through the cooling core flows into the heating core; and a heat transfer line having first and second sides respectively connected to an electric part core and the heating core to be heat-transferrable, so that heat of the electric part is transferred to the heating core, thereby allowing the electric part to heat-dissipate through the heating core.
Vehicular air conditioning device
A vehicular air conditioning device includes a blower, a heating heat exchanger, an auxiliary heater, and a blower controller. The heating heat exchanger heats blown air by exchanging heat between the blown air and the cooling water of the in-vehicle device emitting heat during operation. The blower controller is configured to control the operation of the blower. The blower controller is configured to increase a blowing capacity of the blower with increase of a temperature of the cooling water. The blower controller, during operation of the auxiliary heater, increases the blowing capacity after a waiting time during which the increase of the blowing capacity is prohibited has elapsed since a start-up switch of a vehicle system is turned on. The vehicular air conditioning is capable of implementing a quick warming of the in-vehicle device without impairing the heating feeling of occupant.
Equipment for controlling the temperature of a passenger compartment of a vehicle, in particular an electric vehicle
A temperature control equipment (3) for a vehicle, in particular an electric vehicle, enables an aerothermic adjustment of an airflow to be distributed in a passenger compartment (H) of the vehicle. The temperature control equipment (3) includes at least one heat treatment module (8), capable of heat-treating the airflow, and a distribution module (9), capable of distributing the airflow to the passenger compartment (H). The heat treatment module (8) comprises a single means (21) for heating the airflow to be distributed in the passenger compartment (H), which consists of an electric radiator (21).
AIR HEATING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE
An electric air heating device for a vehicle, specifically a motor vehicle, preferably a private car or a heavy goods vehicle, including at least a first heating element around which the air to be heated flows, wherein the first heating element comprises a preferably electrically-insulating substrate and at least one electrically-conductive carbon-based coating, specifically a polymer coating.
Vehicle air conditioner
A vehicle air conditioner includes a casing, a heater core that heats an air flow by heat exchange between the air flow and a heat medium, an electric heater that heats an air flow by an electric power, and a determiner that determines whether a temperature of the heat medium is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature. When the determiner determines that the temperature of the heat medium is equal to or lower than the predetermined temperature, an air flow introduced into a casing is heated by the electric heater and flows toward the vehicle interior without passing through the heater core.
