Air conditioner for vehicle
Disclosed is an air conditioner for a vehicle. The present invention provides an air conditioner for a vehicle capable of introducing indoor air and outdoor air simultaneously or selectively by forming a double-layer flow in an air conditioner case and capable of separately controlling the temperatures of a front seat and a rear seat.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE DISTRIBUTION OF AIR IN AN HVAC SYSTEM
An air distribution plenum for controlling air flow in a vehicle HVAC system includes an air inlet and first and second air outlets. A movable member substantially blocks the first and second air outlets when in a first position, blocks only the first air outlet in a second position, blocks only the second air outlet in a third position, and permits air to flow through both the first and second air outlets when in a fourth position.
Air Nozzle for an Air Outlet in an Interior of a Motor Vehicle
An air nozzle of an air outlet in an interior of a motor vehicle. An operating element is adjustable around an axis of rotation. A kinematics adjustment system has a deflection unit where, via an adjustment of the operating element, a shut-off flap inside the air outlet is displaceable around a flap axis by the kinematics adjustment system. The operating element is disposed on an end of an actuator rod where the actuator rod is displaceable in a direction of extension from an actuating position into a locking position. The axis of rotation of the operating element runs transversely to the flap axis, a rotational movement of the actuator rod is deflectable by the deflection unit into a rotational movement of the shut-off flap, and, by displacing the actuator rod into the locking position, the deflection unit is lockable by applying a spring force to the deflection unit.
ATV air heat exchanger with mounting structure and linkage
An off road vehicle has an air heater with right and left shells surrounding and supporting a core, with the right and left shells connected by screws extending through ears on one of the shells into bosses on the other shell. Dual air control plates are mounted in the shell on a shaft for pivoting movement. An actuator is linked to the shaft by a swing arm with a guide pin riding in an arced slot of a drive plate rotationally secured to the shaft. The right and left shells are secured to the vehicle using a resilient compressible grommet, with a bushing extending through the grommet and a bolt extending through the bushing and attached into the frame.
Air conditioning apparatus for vehicle
Disclosed is an air conditioning apparatus for a vehicle, the air conditioning apparatus including: an air conditioning duct forming a passage for conditioned air, and provided with an outlet on a wall surface thereof for directing conditioned air. A door is provided inside the air conditioning duct, with a rotation shaft being provided on a wall surface opposite to the wall surface of the air conditioning duct. The door opens and closes the air conditioning duct by a rotation thereof. A partition wall protrudes from a surface of the door along the wall surface of the air conditioning duct. The partition wall opens and closes the outlet in response to the rotation of the door.
HVAC SEALING SURFACE WITH NOISE REDUCTION CONFIGURATION
Disclosed is an HVAC system configured to reduce noise. The HVAC system includes a door having a first and second end. The door includes an elastomer along the first end and a rotatable member adjacent the second end. The elastomer includes a door touch area. The case defines an internal case portion, external case portion, and a case opening fluidly connecting the internal and external case portion. The case is configured to receive the rotatable member of the door such that the door is rotatable about an axis between a first position, where the door covers the case opening, and a second position, where the door does not cover the case opening. The case includes a case touch area with a graining. The door touch area and the case touch area are substantially parallel and in contact along a surface contact area when the door is in the first position.
Air conditioning device for vehicle
An air conditioning device for a vehicle (1) includes: a housing (2) having an opening (2M); a blower (4) having a fan (9) accommodated within the housing and rotating about a rotation axis parallel to a first axis; a filter section (5) which is disposed between a gas inlet (7) and the opening and through which gas taken in from the gas inlet and flowing into the opening passes; and a support member (6) disposed between the blower and the filter section so as to be located at least partially at the opening, and supporting the filter section. The support member has a rib portion (61) extending in a longitudinal direction in a predetermined plane orthogonal to the first axis, and a sticking-out portion (62) sticking out from the rib portion in a transverse direction in the predetermined plane orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.
SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING MOVEMENTS OF DOORS OF A HEATING VENTILATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING MODULE
A system for controlling movements of doors of an HVAC module includes an actuation gear and an intermediate cam. A main door includes a first portion and a second portion having a first guide. The first portion engages with actuation gear to enable linear movement of the main door. A slave door includes a second engagement element and moves between a blocking and unblocking position based on movement of main door. The intermediate cam moves angularly and includes a first engagement element and a second guide. The first engagement element interacts with the first guide, and the second guide interacts with second engagement element to facilitate angular movement of slave door in response to movement of the main door. The first guide includes a bend positioned to enable angular movement of the slave door after the main door moves a pre-determined distance.
Universal mode plate
A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system including an HVAC assembly, a set of pins, mode doors, a mode plate, an actuator, and an HVAC control module. The mode doors control airflow from the HVAC assembly. A position of each mode door is controlled by a corresponding pin of the set of pins. The mode plate includes (i) a set of grooves, (ii) a first adjustment path and (iii) a second adjustment path. The first adjustment path causes a first pin of the set of pins to move toward a center. The second adjustment path causes the first pin to move away from the center of the mode plate. An HVAC module selectively actuates the actuator to causes the mode plate to rotate in at least one of a passive direction and the active direction in response to receiving a mode request.
MOTOR VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
A motor vehicle air conditioning unit, having a housing with at least one air channel arranged therein and with at least one heat exchanger for conditioning the air in the at least one air channel, the housing having at least one first air outlet and one second air outlet, a first air outlet channel being assigned to the first air outlet and conducting air to the first air outlet, and a second air outlet channel being assigned to the second air outlet and conducting air to the second air outlet, a first vane valve and a second vane valve being provided. The first vane valve assigned to the first air outlet channel, and the second vane valve assigned to the second air outlet channel, the first vane valve and the second vane valve being rotatably fixedly connected to a shaft and being rotatable by an actuator driving the shaft.
