CONTROL SYSTEM OF MANUAL-TYPE AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
A control system includes a manual-type air conditioner, and a control device which causes the manual-type air conditioner to execute remote air conditioning in response to a command from outside of a vehicle. The control device starts actuation of the manual-type air conditioner with a maximum temperature as a target blowout temperature of an air-conditioning air and a maximum air quantity as a target air quantity in response to a trigger command of the remote air conditioning, and gradually changes and reduces the target air quantity while gradually changing the target blowout temperature toward a target intermediate temperature with elapse of time. The control device changes the target blowout temperature and the target air quantity respectively to a set blowout temperature and a set air quantity at a time of previous disembarkment, when boarding of a user to the vehicle is detected.
Self cleaning of ride sharing vehicle
A system for cleaning a compartment includes a conductive thread incorporated near a surface that has microbes on it. An electric current may flow through the conductive thread to kill the microbes on the surface through low-frequency electromagnetic pulse sterilization of the surface. The conductive trace is also in contact with air in the compartment. The electric current flowing through the conductive trace also ionizes the air within the compartment, which produces charged particles that are removed from the air.
Autonomous operation of vehicle vents
A vent control system for a vehicle includes one or more processors and a memory communicably coupled to the one or more processors. The memory may store a vent control module including instructions that when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to autonomously control operation of a vehicle to open at least one vehicle vent when the vehicle is in a regular vent opening condition. Responsive to manual closure of the at least one vehicle vent within a predetermined time period after the at least one vehicle vent was autonomously opened, the regular opening condition may be updated to an updated regular opening condition. After updating the regular opening condition, operation of the vehicle may be autonomously controlled to open the at least one vehicle vent when the vehicle is subsequently in the updated regular opening condition.
METHOD FOR INITIATING A DEFROSTING PROCESS OF A HEAT EXCHANGER OF A HEAT PUMP OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
In order to provide a method for initiating a defrosting process of a heat exchanger of a heat pump of a motor vehicle, which method is insensitive to external parameters influencing the air flow through the evaporator, and with which method unnecessary defrosting processes can be avoided, wherein a fan is assigned to the heat exchanger, wherein a power consumption and/or a speed of the fan is monitored, a defrosting process is initiated when the power consumption and/or the speed exceeds and/or falls below a threshold value, and the threshold value is determined as a function of a parameter, wherein the parameter is an indicator of a current relative air speed of the ambient air in relation to the motor vehicle.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HEATING OF MOTOR AND CONTROL METHOD FOR MULTI-MOTOR DRIVE SYSTEM
A method for controlling heating of a motor includes: obtaining a heating target temperature value; determining, based on the heating target temperature value, a heating motor that needs to generate heat from a plurality of motors of a multi-motor drive system and heat generation power of the heating motor; and sending a first control instruction to the heating motor. The first control instruction is used to respectively input harmonic currents to three phases of windings of the motor, so that the heating motor generates heat based on the heat generation power. In this way the heating target temperature value is obtained. Therefore, the quantity of heating motors can be flexibly controlled to generate sufficient heat generation power.
METHOD FOR PRECONDITIONING VEHICLES
A method for preconditioning vehicles of a vehicle fleet, wherein vehicles of the vehicle fleet are provided at a vehicle fleet parking area when not used. The method includes the step of preconditioning a number of the vehicles of the vehicle fleet parked at the vehicle fleet parking area before such a vehicle is to be used, and the step of selecting the number of vehicles to be preconditioned based on historical data with respect to demand for using vehicles of the vehicle fleet.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A VEHICLE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT
Vehicle comprising a passenger compartment and a system for cleaning the passenger compartment comprising at least one measuring member for measuring the level of dirtiness of said passenger compartment, at least one heating member configured to heat the ambient air of the passenger compartment to a temperature higher than 40° C. in order to desorb the impurities in the passenger compartment, at least one ventilation member configured to remove the ambient air and the desorbed impurities to outside the passenger compartment and at least one control member configured to activate the heating member if the measured level of dirtiness is above a predetermined maximum level of dirtiness.
Automobile cooling device
An automobile includes a fan configured to send cooling air, a fan driving apparatus, a first electronic control unit, and a second electronic control unit. The first electronic control unit is configured to output a first driving control signal to the fan driving apparatus when an ignition switch is turned off and a predetermined condition is established. The second electronic control unit is configured to determine whether or not the first driving control signal has been output by monitoring the signal line when the ignition switch is turned off. The second electronic control unit is configured to output a second driving control signal to the fan driving apparatus when determination is made that the first driving control signal has not been output to the fan driving apparatus from the first electronic control unit, the ignition switch is turned off, and the predetermined condition is established.
Air conditioning control device
An air conditioning control device senses a turning off of an ignition or a power supply of a vehicle, and stores a time of the turning off that is sensed at the vehicle, and stores a time of the turning off that is acquired by communication of a portable information terminal with the vehicle, and senses an advance setting command for pre-air-conditioning that operates an air conditioner of the vehicle, and determines absence or presence of the advance setting command, and, in a case in which it is determined that there is the advance setting command, instructs of execution of pre-air-conditioning control of the air conditioner on the basis of the time of the turning off that is sensed at the vehicle and the time of the turning off that is acquired by the communication of the portable information terminal with the vehicle.
Method and apparatus for active vehicle cabin occupant protection system
Methods and apparatus are provided for active vehicle cabin occupant protection system. The method includes detecting a vehicle cabin temperature using a cabin thermal sensor, engaging a vehicle fan and opening a vehicle outside air ventilation duct in response to the vehicle cabin temperature exceeding a first threshold temperature, and starting a vehicle engine and engaging a vehicle air conditioning system in response to the vehicle cabin temperature exceeding a second threshold temperature wherein the second threshold temperature is greater than the first threshold temperature.
