AIR-CONDITIONING VENT STRUCTURE
An air-conditioning vent structure includes a duct portion supported by a duct panel, the duct portion including first and second outlets formed at an upper portion thereof and separated by a partition, and a curvature portion including a curvature, a sliding door slidable along an upper portion of the curvature portion at a lower end portion of the partition, the sliding door including a hole to adjust opening widths of the first and second outlets in accordance with a degree of sliding, a driving portion connected to the sliding door at a lower end portion of the duct panel and configured to apply driving force to the sliding door so that the sliding door slides in opposite directions, and a controller electrically connected to the driving portion to perform a control operation to allow the sliding door to slide in opposite directions in accordance with a use mode.
Hvac door and linkage assembly for doors rotating along non-parallel axes
A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) door assembly includes a first HVAC door rotating about a first axis, a second HVAC door rotating about a second axis that is nonparallel with the first axis, an actuator, a mode cam. The mode cam is engaged with the actuator and controls movement of the first HVAC door and the second HVAC door.
HVAC inlet with ram air and partial recirculation function
An air handling system of a vehicle comprises a housing defining an inlet section. The inlet section includes a recirculation inlet in fluid communication with a passenger compartment of the vehicle and a fresh air inlet in fluid communication with an ambient environment. An air distribution door is disposed in the inlet section for controlling a distribution of air entering the inlet section through the recirculation inlet and the fresh air inlet. A baffle door is disposed in the inlet section for selectively reducing a flow area through the fresh air inlet to accommodate a ram air pressure induced by motion of the vehicle relative to fresh air of the ambient environment.
Smart airflow distribution system
A shipping container is provided and includes a structural frame defining an interior, a transport refrigeration unit (TRU) and a control system. The TRU includes an inlet through which air is drawn from a lower region of the interior, a refrigeration unit configured to cool the air drawn from the lower region of the interior through the inlet and an outlet through which air cooled by the refrigeration unit is exhausted toward an upper region of the interior. The control system is configured to control an exhaustion of the air cooled by the refrigeration unit toward the upper region of the interior to maintain a predefined environmental condition within the interior.
Air conditioning system having a hybrid filter
An air conditioning system provides inside air conditioning and performs the function of cleaning the inside air, so that the inside air is maintained to be pleasant. The air cleaning time of cleaning the inside air is decreased, so the possibility of moisture generated on an inside window due to the air cleaning is reduced.
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) assembly for managing air mixing door kinematics and method for managing the same
A heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) assembly for managing air mixing door kinematics of a motor vehicle is disclosed. The assembly includes a first door configured for allowing passage of a first air flow, a second door configured for allowing passage of a second air flow, obtaining means configured to obtain a temperature command indicating a target temperature for a passenger cabin, identifying means configured to identify a pattern of non-linear door kinematics for mixing the first air flow and the second air flow based on the temperature command, coordinating means configured to coordinate the non-linear door kinematics between the first door and the second door, and mixing means configured to mix the first air flow and the second air flow.
Autonomous operation of vehicle vents
A vent control system for a vehicle includes one or more processors and a memory communicably coupled to the one or more processors. The memory may store a vent control module including instructions that when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to autonomously control operation of a vehicle to open at least one vehicle vent when the vehicle is in a regular vent opening condition. Responsive to manual closure of the at least one vehicle vent within a predetermined time period after the at least one vehicle vent was autonomously opened, the regular opening condition may be updated to an updated regular opening condition. After updating the regular opening condition, operation of the vehicle may be autonomously controlled to open the at least one vehicle vent when the vehicle is subsequently in the updated regular opening condition.
TORQUE TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A torque transmission device, in particular for a flap of a heating, ventilation, or air conditioning system of a motor vehicle, having a drive lever, an output lever, and having a connecting rod, wherein the drive lever can be rotatably disposed with respect to a first axis and can be connected to a driving element, wherein the output lever can be rotatably disposed with respect to a second axis and can be connected to an element to be driven, wherein the connecting rod is connected in an articulated manner to the drive lever and to the output lever, wherein the connecting rod is formed connected to the drive lever and/or to the output lever by means of a film hinge.
INTERIOR TRIM OF VEHICLE HAVING AIR-CONDITIONING FUNCTION
An interior trim of a vehicle includes a trim panel disposed in an interior space of the vehicle and including a plurality of cells configured to be respectively opened or closed. The plurality of cells define openings facing towards the interior space of the vehicle during an opening operation of the plurality of cells. The openings are arranged so that sound, light or air is discharged through the openings to the interior space of the vehicle.
