VEHICULAR AIR CONDITIONER
Provided is a vehicular air conditioner including: an air-conditioning case that has an upper passage and a lower passage which are partitioned by an upper and lower partition plate therebetween; a heating unit that is disposed over the upper passage and the lower passage; an upper passage partition plate that is disposed downstream of the heating unit of the upper passage and forms a guide passage that guides a portion of air, which has passed the heating unit, toward an upper and lower connection opening that connects the upper passage and the lower passage; and a guide passage opening/closing unit that closes the guide passage in a state where the upper and lower connection opening is closed.
BLOWER UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a blower unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle, which can effectively prevent water from being introduced into a motor and has a motor housing and a blower wheel improved to smoothly perform cooling of the motor. The blower unit of a two-layered air conditioner for a vehicle, which can divide and inhale indoor air and outdoor air, includes: a scroll case having an upper passageway and a lower passageway; a first blower wheel disposed in the upper passageway; a second blower wheel disposed in the lower passageway and arranged below the first blower wheel; a blower motor for rotating the first blower wheel and the second blower wheel; and a motor housing for covering the blower motor, wherein a hub for guiding air is disposed on the second blower wheel, and the hub of the second blower wheel is partially overlapped with an end portion of the motor housing.
Vehicle and Method for Controlling the Same
The vehicle includes an air conditioner, a temperature sensor configured to measure an indoor temperature of the vehicle, a camera configured to obtain an image data of a passenger, and a bio-signal sensor configured to measure a bio-signal of the passenger. A controller is configured to control, when a predetermined condition is satisfied, the air conditioner to change a type of wind blowing at predetermined time intervals, to obtain emotion information corresponding to the changed type of wind based on at least one of the image data or the bio-signal, and to blow a type of wind for which a degree of positiveness of emotion information is equal to or greater than a threshold level.
VEHICLE CABIN AIRFLOW FORMING DEVICE
A vehicle cabin airflow forming device includes an airflow forming unit. The airflow forming unit is configured to form airflows circulating around seating space of a seat and form, as part of the airflows, an ascending airflow on one lateral side of the seating space, and a descending airflow on the other lateral side of the seating space. The seat is provided inside a vehicle cabin, and the airflows circulate around the seating space as viewed from a front side of the seat.
VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE
A vehicle air conditioning device comprises an instrument panel, a door that includes an overlapping portion where part of the door overlaps with the instrument panel in a closed state of the door, and a door blower outlet that opens toward a vehicle cabin interior, a first opening that is open toward the door, a second opening that is open toward the instrument panel, an air conditioning unit body, a first duct that that has a length direction end portion connected to the first opening, a second duct that has a length direction end portion connected to the door blower outlet, and a fin member respectively provided at the first opening and the second opening.
HVAC register recall position system
A system for controlling airflow of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The system includes a register including airflow directionals. A motor is connected to the register to move the directionals. A directionals selector is connected to the motor to control the motor. Actuation of the directionals selector by a user changes position of the directionals. A control module stores predetermined positions of the directionals, and controls the motor to move the directionals to the predetermined positions in response to receipt of a user command.
Air Vent Assembly and Control System
An air vent control system comprises a directional air flow component mounted on a first axis within a first housing, and a second housing defining an inner space in which the first housing is mounted. A first motor moves the directional air flow component to an angular position within the first housing, and a second motor pivots the first housing contained within the second housing. A front and rear opening allows air flow in a direction from the rear opening to the front opening. A controller sets the angular position of the directional air flow component on the first axis, and the angular position of the first housing on the second axis. The respective positions of the directional air flow component relative to the first housing and the first housing relative to the second housing selectively regulate the direction of airflow discharged.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTROLLING VENTS OF A VEHICLE
Ventilation control systems and methods for a vehicle are presented. The system includes a touch screen that is configures to display an object and receive a selection of a part of the object. The system also includes an air vent that comprises at least one controllable fin and a motor that can control the configuration of that fin. A control circuitry of the system configures the fin, using the at least one motor, to direct air from the air vent to a location that corresponds to the selected part of the object.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTROLLING VENTS OF A VEHICLE
An assembly for a ventilation system of a vehicle is provided. The assembly is configured to use a single actuator to control direction of a vent and additionally control the flow rate of that vent. The assembly may comprise a single rotatable control member with two routes, one route used for controlling flow rate and one route for controlling flow direction. Each route may have a straight portion and curved portion.
Method of controlling an air plume expelled from a motor vehicle air register
A method for controlling an air plume expelled from an air register includes configuring a plurality of vanes of the air register to provide the air plume with a width W.sub.1 when in a first position to direct the air plume in a first direction, such as toward an individual in the passenger compartment of the motor vehicle, and a width W.sub.2 when in a second position to direct the air plume in a second direction such as away from the individuals where W.sub.1>W.sub.2.
