TORQUE ESTIMATING DEVICE OF GAS COMPRESSOR
A torque estimating device of a gas compressor includes a reference torque characteristic storage unit that stores a reference torque characteristic of the gas compressor as a torque characteristic of the gas compressor in a specific operation state, a torque setting unit that sets a torque corresponding to an input speed of rotation of the gas compressor and pressure of a refrigerant discharged from the gas compressor, on the basis of the reference torque characteristic stored in the reference torque characteristic storage unit, and a torque correcting unit that sets a torque at startup of the gas compressor among the torques set by the torque setting unit, by correcting the torque set by the torque setting unit, in accordance with the speed of rotation and an elapsed time from startup.
Method of managing the charging of a traction battery and corresponding devices
A method of managing charging of a traction battery and corresponding devices, the traction battery including a thermal regulating system, the thermal regulating system including a compressor, the method including transmitting information between a control device for the compressor and a device for managing the charging of the traction battery, before activating the compressor or before activating a device for charging the traction battery.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR AN ELECTRIC TRANSPORT VEHICLE
An air conditioning system for an electric transport vehicle supplied by an electrical supply network includes at least one actuator for the production of heat or cold, and a regulator configured in order to generate at least one operating command applied to the at least one actuator as a function of values for parameters representing the climatic conditions, the actuator delivering an average power over a predetermined time period. The regulator are configured in order to generate at least one operating command applied to at least one actuator as a function moreover of the value for a parameter relating to at least one electric transport vehicle supplied by the electrical supply network, the value for the parameter indicating that electrical energy is consumed by the at least one electric transport vehicle or that electrical energy is produced by the at least one electric vehicle.
Vehicle control device
During pre-air conditioning in a vehicle cabin, when consumed electric power exceeds use permission electric power while an auxiliary heating device is operating, an operation of the auxiliary heating device is stopped. In contrast, when the consumed electric power exceeds the use permission electric power while the auxiliary heating device is not operating, a rotation speed of an electric compressor of an air conditioner is restricted. Therefore, the temperature environment in the vehicle cabin is improved by continuing the pre-air conditioning of the air conditioner while reducing the consumed electric power by stopping the operation of the auxiliary heating device.
Refrigerant cycle device
A refrigerant cycle device for a vehicle includes a compressor which compresses and discharges refrigerant, a discharge capacity control portion which controls a discharge capacity of the compressor. The refrigerant cycle device further includes a noise determination portion which determines whether an audible noise other than a refrigerant passing noise is in a low noise state, and/or a load determination portion which determines whether an air-conditioning thermal load is in a high load state. The discharge capacity control portion performs a gradual activation control in which the discharge capacity of the compressor is set to be lower than that determined in a normal control, when the noise determination portion determines that the audible noise is in the low noise state, and/or when the load determination portion determines that the air-conditioning thermal load is in the high load state, at an activation time of the compressor.
Vehicle accessory power management assembly
A vehicle accessory power management assembly includes a vehicle speed sensor, an accelerator sensor, an accessory device, a power transmitting device and a controller. The power transmitting device receives rotational power from a power device and transmits it to the accessory device. The power transmitting device is switchable between a first operating state and a second operating state. In the first operating state the accessory device is operated at a first power consumption level and in the second operating state the accessory device is operated at a second power consumption level lower than the first power consumption level. The controller is configured to switch the switching part from the first operating state to the second operating state in response to determining that a current level of acceleration requested of the power device is of greater importance than operating the accessory device at the first operating state.
Integrated charging unit for passive refrigeration system
A transport refrigeration system (TRS), a refrigerated transport unit, and a method of charging a thermal accumulator in a TRS are disclosed. The TRS includes a thermal accumulator including a phase change material (PCM) configured in a first state, to absorb thermal energy from the interior space of the transport unit during transformation to a second state. A heat exchanger, a portion of which is disposed within the thermal accumulator, is in thermal communication with the PCM. The TRS also includes an expansion device and a transport refrigeration unit (TRU). A heat transfer fluid circuit connects the TRU and the heat exchanger, and is configured to direct a heat transfer fluid from the TRU to the heat exchanger via the expansion device for charging the PCM.
AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
There is disclosed an air-conditioning apparatus for vehicle which is capable of selecting an appropriate operation mode while inhibiting the operation mode from being unnecessarily changed, and achieving rapid and stable vehicle interior air conditioning. A controller has respective operation modes of a heating mode, a dehumidifying and heating mode, a dehumidifying and cooling mode, and a cooling mode, and selects and executes these operation modes. The controller has a dehumidifying and heating mode maximum radiator temperature MAP and a dehumidifying and cooling mode maximum radiator temperature MAP. The controller selects an operation mode in which a radiator target temperature TCO is achievable by heat radiation in a radiator 4 with reference to each MAP, on startup or at a time of change of the operation mode.
