METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OPERATING A HEAT PUMP OF A VEHICLE
Methods and systems for providing control of a heat pump of a motor vehicle are presented. In one operating mode, speed of a heat pump compressor is controlled responsive to an outlet pressure of the heat pump compressor. In a second operating mode, speed of the heat pump compressor is controlled responsive to a pressure ratio between an inlet and an outlet of the heat pump compressor.
Vehicle-mounted temperature controller
A vehicle-mounted temperature controller has a first heat circuit and a refrigeration circuit. The first heat circuit has a first radiator exchanging heat with outside air, a first heat exchanger, and a first pump, and configured so that a first heat medium is circulated therethrough. The refrigeration circuit has the first heat exchanger discharging heat from the refrigerant to a first heat medium to make a refrigerant condense, a second heat exchanger absorbing heat to the refrigerant to thereby make the refrigerant evaporate and to cool an object to be cooled, and a compressor, and is configured so that the refrigerant circulates through the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger and thereby a refrigeration cycle is realized. When the object to be cooled starts being cooled, the compressor is started up after the first pump is started up.
Refrigeration cycle device
A refrigeration cycle device includes an air heat exchanger that heats air to be blown into an interior of a vehicle compartment using refrigerant discharged from a compressor, a high-stage side expansion valve decompressing the refrigerant flowing out of the air heat exchanger, and a battery heat exchanger that heats air to be blown to a battery using the refrigerant decompressed by the high-stage side expansion valve. In an air heating-warming up mode of heating the air for the interior and the air for the battery, a refrigerant discharge capacity of the compressor is controlled such that an air temperature for the interior approaches a target air temperature, and an opening degree of the high-stage side expansion valve is controlled such that a battery temperature becomes within a predetermined reference temperature range. A selector switch allows a passenger to select which operation of air conditioning or warming-up is prioritized.
VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE
A vehicle air conditioning device is provided which is capable of accurately judging the need for temperature regulation of an object of temperature regulation mounted in a vehicle and efficiently performing temperature regulation. A compressor 2 to compress a refrigerant, an indoor heat exchanger (radiator 4 and heat absorber 9) for exchanging heat between air supplied to a vehicle interior and the refrigerant, an outdoor heat exchanger 7 disposed outside the vehicle interior, and a control device 11 are provided to perform air conditioning of the vehicle interior. An equipment temperature adjusting device 61 for adjusting the temperature of the object of temperature regulation mounted in the vehicle is provided. The control device controls the equipment temperature adjusting device 61 on the basis of a gradient (ΔT.sub.w) of a change in an index indicating the temperature of the object of temperature regulation.
BATTERY HEATING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A battery heating device includes: a radiator and a heater core arranged in parallel with each other; a battery temperature adjusting unit for heating a battery with a heat medium; a first branch branching the heat medium between the radiator and the heater core; a first confluence where the heat medium merges; a second branch where the heat medium from a heat emitter is branched to the battery temperature adjustment unit; a second confluence where the heat medium flowing through the battery temperature adjustment unit merges; and a radiator flow rate reducing part arranged in a passage for the heat medium from the first branch or the second branch closer to the radiator to the first confluence or the second confluence closer to the radiator via the radiator.
Air conditioning heat pump system using ejector, air conditioner, and air conditioner control method
An air conditioning heat pump system using an ejector may include a compression assembly, an outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor heat exchanger, an ejector, and a first to third electromagnetic valve and a controller. A first end of the compression assembly may be connected with the one end of the outdoor heat exchanger, a second end may be connected with one end of the indoor heat exchanger, a third end may connected with outlet end of the ejector, and a fourth end may be connected with another end of the outdoor heat exchanger. One end of the outdoor heat exchanger may also be connected with a jet inlet of the ejector through the first electromagnetic valve, and another end may also be connected with the jet inlet of the ejector through the second electromagnetic valve and the third electromagnetic valve.
Expansion valve device
A drive control device performs a mode change with a constant current between a first mode in which an opening degree of a refrigerant passage is changed in a first flow region where a flow rate of refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant passage is lower than or equal to a predetermined value and a second mode in which the opening degree of the refrigerant passage is changed in a second flow region where the flow rate of refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant passage is higher than the predetermined value. The drive control device increases a value of the constant current at the mode change to be larger than a value of a constant current when the opening degree of the refrigerant passage is changed in the first mode.
Vehicular air conditioning device
A heating temperature is appropriately estimated according to an operation mode to achieve comfortable vehicle interior air conditioning. A vehicular air conditioning device 1 includes a compressor 2, an air flow passage 3, a radiator 4 for heating air to be supplied to a vehicle interior, a heat absorber 9 for cooling the air to be supplied to the vehicle interior, and a heat pump controller. The heat pump controller calculates a heating temperature TH being the temperature of air on a leeward side of the radiator and use the heating temperature in control, and calculates the heating temperature TH using an estimation formula which differs depending on the operation mode.
Vehicle air conditioner
A vehicle air conditioner capable of making a determination that the dehumidification is unnecessary in a vehicle interior early to make a prompt transition from a dehumidifying mode to a heating mode and reduce power consumption is provided. A control device executes a heating mode to let a refrigerant discharged from a compressor 2 radiate heat in a radiator, decompress the refrigerant, and then let the refrigerant absorb heat in an outdoor heat exchanger 7, and a dehumidifying mode to let the refrigerant flow into the outdoor heat exchanger without flowing to the radiator to radiate heat therein, decompress the refrigerant, and then let the refrigerant absorb heat in a heat absorber 9 and let an auxiliary heater 23 generate heat. The control device shifts from the dehumidifying mode to the heating mode on the basis of the heat absorber suction air temperature Tevain being lowered more than a target heat absorber temperature TEO.
System and method for operating a heat pump
Methods and system for operating a heat pump in different operating modes and providing a predictable heat pump response when the heat pump is transitioned between the different operating modes are presented. In one example, a controller that includes executable instructions for providing a bumpless compressor command for operating the heat pump is disclosed.
