20170170771 · 2017-06-15 ·

A cooling fan control system is provided. The system includes a sensor unit that includes a temperature sensor that generates a first output value corresponding to a coolant temperature and an air-conditioner pressure transducer that generates a second output value corresponding to an air-conditioner pressure and a cooling control portion. The cooling control portion generates a control condition based on the first output value and the second output value and adjusts a rotation speed of a cooling motor based on the control condition. The control condition includes a target control condition formed as a region including a cross point of the first output value and the second output value. The cooling control portion adjusts the rotation speed of the cooling motor to cause the first output value and the second output value to correspond to the target control condition.

VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONING APPARATUS

In a vehicle air conditioning apparatus, during a cooling operation, and a cooling and dehumidifying operation, a refrigerant flows through an outdoor heat exchanger, flows through a supercooling radiator, and then flows into a radiator to absorb heat. During a heating operation, the refrigerant flows through a heat exchanger and then is sucked into a compressor without passing through the supercooling radiator. During a first heating and dehumidifying operation, the refrigerant flows through another radiator, flows through the supercooling radiator, and then flows into another heat exchanger to absorb heat.

REFRIGERATION EFFICIENCY MONITORING SYSTEM

A refrigeration efficiency monitoring system detects degradation of a refrigeration system by monitoring a deviation from a normal operating status of the refrigeration system at an early stage of such degradation. The monitoring system detects and calculates a plurality of system parameters associated with the refrigeration system. The monitoring system then determines a decrease in efficiency of the refrigeration system based on comparison between the system parameters and reference values representative of the normal operating status, and generate a service recommendation based on the determination.

Vehicle Air Conditioning Apparatus

A vehicle air conditioning apparatus is provided that can prevent temperature variations of the air after the heat exchange in a radiator to reliably control the temperature of the air supplied to the vehicle interior. During the heating operation and the heating and dehumidifying operation, target degree of supercooling SCt when target air-blowing temperature TAO is a predetermined temperature or higher is set to SCt1 that is greater than SCt2 when the target air-blowing temperature TAO is lower than the predetermined temperature. When amount of air Ga supplied from indoor fan 12 is lower than a predetermined value, the target degree of supercooling SCt is corrected, which is set such that the degree of supercooling is lower than target degree of supercooling corrected when the amount of air Ga supplied from the indoor fan 12 is a predetermined value or higher.

VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE

There is disclosed a vehicle air conditioning device of a heat pump system which delays proceeding of frosting onto an outdoor heat exchanger, thereby eliminating or inhibiting deterioration of a heating capability due to the frosting. The vehicle air conditioning device executes a heating mode in which a controller lets a refrigerant discharged from a compressor 2 radiate heat in a radiator 4, decompresses the refrigerant by which heat has been radiated, and then lets the refrigerant absorb heat in an outdoor heat exchanger 7, and on the basis of a difference TXO=(TXObaseTXO) between a refrigerant evaporation temperature TXObase of the outdoor heat exchanger 7 in non-frosting and a refrigerant evaporation temperature TXO of the outdoor heat exchanger 7, the controller corrects a target subcool degree TGSC that is a target value of a subcool degree of the refrigerant in the radiator 4 in an increasing direction in accordance with increase of the difference TXO.

A control method for an integrated cooling system may include determining whether an air conditioner is operated or not, and controlling operations of a water pump for electric devices and a cooling fan by the controller according to a predetermined first map when the air conditioner is not operated, detecting an air conditioner refrigerant pressure when the air conditioner is operated, determining whether the air conditioner refrigerant pressure is within a predetermined range or not, and controlling operations of the water pump for electric devices and the cooling fan according to a predetermined second map when the air conditioner refrigerant pressure is not within the predetermined range, and determining of cooling requirement of the condensers and controlling operations of the water pump for electric devices and the cooling fan according to the cooling requirement of the condensers when the air conditioner refrigerant pressure is within the predetermined range.

Apparatus for controlling fan motor of vehicle cooling fan and method thereof

An apparatus including an air conditioner device including a condenser, an expansion valve, an evaporator, and a compressor, a cooling fan configured to cool the condenser, wherein the cooling fan includes a fan motor and a blade, a sensing unit, and a controller configured to determine whether an operating condition of the cooling fan and a flooding condition of a vehicle are satisfied based on driving information of the vehicle detected by the sensing unit and to control an operation of the fan motor of the cooling fan according to whether the vehicle is flooded.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FUEL EFFICIENT AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Systems and method relate to a fuel efficient automatic temperature control system. The system includes a climate control system configured to heat or cool air. The climate control system includes a condenser and a variable-speed fan. A first sensor provides vent-air information indicative of a condition of the air. An automatic temperature controller receives an indication of a desired temperature, receives the vent-air information, determines whether the variable-speed fan should operate at a maximum fan speed based on at least the desired temperature and the vent-air information and determines whether a dehumidifying operation is requested. If the variable-speed fan is required to operate at the maximum fan speed or a dehumidifying operation is requested, the fan operates at the maximum speed. If the variable-speed fan is not required to operate at the maximum fan speed and a dehumidifying operation is not requested, the fan operates below the maximum fan speed.
