Arrangement with a cover for a vehicle roof
An arrangement with a cover for a vehicle roof is disclosed having a guide rail which extends along a vehicle longitudinal direction (X), a raising rod which is displaceable along the vehicle longitudinal direction (x) relative to the guide rail, a rear raising lever with respect to the vehicle longitudinal direction (X), which is coupled pivotably to the cover, and whichis guided with a first guide element in a first slotted link which is fixed in position with respect to the guide rail, is guided with a second guide element in a second slotted link which is fixed in position with respect to the guide rail, is guided with a third guide element in a third slotted link which is fixed in position with respect to the guide rail, and is coupled to the raising rod by means of a rotary bearing.
Movable panel assemblies
A vehicle includes a movable panel assembly that is movable between a closed position and an open position, a track member that supports the movable panel assembly, and a structural member. The structural member includes a first wall portion that is connected to the track member and a second wall portion that is connected to the track member, and the track member is integrated into the structural member such that the first wall portion, the second wall portion, and the track member define part of a closed geometric cross-sectional profile of the structural member.
CLOSING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE
A closing device for opening and closing an opening in a vehicle is disclosed. The closing device comprises a closing system, having a closing body (SK) that is fitted on the vehicle (FZ) in a movable manner and is configured to open and close the opening (O), a drive device (AV) that is operatively connected to the closing body (SK) and is configured to move the closing body (SK), and a transmission system (US) that is arranged between the closing body (SK) and the drive device (AV) and is configured to transmit a drive force generated by the drive device (AV) to the closing body (SK). The closing system (SLS) has a closing system spring rate (FRSLS) that characterizes an overall elasticity of the closing body (SLS), of the drive device (AV) and of the transmission system (US). The closing device (SV) also comprises a force transmission spring unit (KUFE) that is configured to pick up the drive force transmitted from the drive device (AV) to the closing body (SK). The force transmission spring unit (KUFE) has a force transmission spring rate (FRKUFE) that is lower than the closing system spring rate (FRSLS).
Open roof construction for a vehicle
A vehicle roof construction comprises a roof opening, a panel and an operating mechanism. The operating mechanism comprises a rear assembly having a lever. The lever rotates around a first transverse axis at its first end. The first transverse axis position changes along a first guide. The second end of the lever at a second transverse axis is pivotally attached to a sliding member that engages a panel track. The rear assembly comprises an auxiliary lever that rotates around a third transverse axis at its first end. The position of the third transverse axis changes along a second guide. The second end of the auxiliary lever at a fourth transverse axis is pivotally attached to the sliding member. The auxiliary lever comprises a support which in the open position of the panel engages a counter support for transmitting vertical forces from the panel towards the counter support.
ANTI-ROTATION SUNROOF DRIVE LINK
The present disclosure relates to a sunroof apparatus of an automotive vehicle. Specifically, the present disclosure describes a constraining portion of a guiding drive shoe and a constrained portion of a drive link configured to maintain a drive link angle during high-speed operation of the sunroof apparatus. Moreover, the present disclosure describes a guiding portion of a rear drive shoe and a guided portion of a functional bracket configured to guide a glass panel of the sunroof apparatus into a fully-closed position during high-speed operation.
Electric sunshade and sunroof structure
An electric sunshade and sunroof structure may include cable assembly connected to a drive motor via a cable, sliding longitudinally along each of guide slide assemblies disposed on rails provided on both sides of a roof panel of a vehicle, thus opening or closing a sunshade, and moving integrally with the guide slide assembly to open a sunroof glass, a sunshade guide lever provided on the sunshade and selectively coupled with the cable assembly to move the sunshade, and a guide slide lever provided on a rear end portion of the guide slide assembly and selectively coupled with the cable assembly to move the sunroof glass.
SUNROOF APPARATUS
A sunroof apparatus includes a panel, a sunroof unit including a frame portion, and a pair of housings connecting a pair of front ends and a pair of rear ends of side frames in a vehicle width direction, and a sealing member formed in an annular shape, the sealing member attached to the frame portion, the sealing member arranged between the frame portion and a peripheral rim portion of an opening in a vehicle height direction over a whole periphery of the peripheral rim portion. The housings each is formed with an injection space formed in a tapered shape opening so as to include a meeting surface of the side frame, the meeting surface facing the housing, the injection space provided at a connection part between the housing and a part of the side frame, the part disposed above the sealing member. The injection space is filled with a sealant.
WEATHER STRIP TENSIONER
A sunroof apparatus for an automotive vehicle includes a fixed glass panel having an outer rim, a movable glass panel having an outer rim, a weather strip between the glass panel and the movable glass panel, and a molded endcap attached to ends of the portion of the outer rim. A portion of the outer rim of the movable glass panel in the width direction of the vehicle is adjacent to the fixed panel and constitutes a water channel. A lock strip having a T-shaped cross-section extends along an inside of and beyond the ends of the water channel. The molded endcap places a force against a protruding portion of the lock strip that extends beyond the ends of the water channel to hold ends of the weather strip. The ends of the weather strip are prevented from being peeled back and creating a gap.
Open roof construction for a vehicle
An open roof construction includes a roof opening in a stationary roof part and a panel that is movable between an open and closed positions. A moving mechanism moves a rear end of the panel and comprises a support lever having a first end which is slidable and rotatable with respect to the stationary roof part and an opposite second end slidably and rotatably engaging the movable panel. A drive slides the first end along the stationary roof part, and a tilting lever has a first tilting lever end slidably and rotatably engaging a first guide curve of the stationary roof part and an opposite second tilting lever end configured to rotatably engage the support lever at an engagement location. In all positions of the movable panel the engagement location, as viewed in the longitudinal forward direction of the vehicle, is located in front of the second support lever end.
