SUNROOF APPARATUS
A sunroof apparatus includes a link including a first guide surface configured to slide with a first guide shaft in a case where a shoe moves in a first direction and a second guide surface configured to slide with a second guide shaft, the link rotating between a standing position and an inclination position in a state of supporting a movable panel, the standing position where the movable panel is arranged at a tilt-up position, a inclination position where the movable panel is arranged at a tilt-down position. In a case where the link is arranged between a first position and a middle position, a first distance is longer than a second distance. In a case where the link is arranged between a second position and the middle position, the second distance is longer than the first distance.
STRUCTURE OF ELECTRIC SUNSHADE AND SUNROOF
A structure of an electric sunshade and a sunroof may include glass sleds which both open and close a sunroof glass by sliding in a longitudinal direction along mechanism rails disposed at both sides of a roof panel of a vehicle, wherein a front sled and a rear sled are rotatably coupled to both end portions of each of glass sleds, respectively, main cable devices which are connected to a driving motor by a cable, and movable along the mechanism rails, and separately include a cable protrusion slidably accommodated in glass grooves formed in lateral surfaces of the front sled, the rear sled, and the glass sled, and sunshade sleds which are selectively coupled to the main cable devices, and slide to open or close the sunshade.
Sunroof device
A sunroof device includes support members, which are attached to a movable panel, sliding members, which are slidable along guide rails, movable members, rotating bodies, two front-side rack gears, and two rear-side rack gears. Each movable member is fixed to one of the sliding members and supported by the corresponding one of the support members to be movable. Front and rear-side rotating bodies are respectively supported by front and rear portions of the movable panel. The front-side rack gears are coupled to the front-side rotating body such that the distances from the center of the movable panel to the front ends of the two movable members are equal. The rear-side rack gears are coupled to the rear-side rotating body such that distances from the center of the movable panel to the rear ends of the two movable members are equal.
Dual tilt sunroof structure
The present invention relates to a dual tilt sunroof structure. A dual tilt sunroof structure for tilting a dual sunroof according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a front glass panel and a rear glass panel disposed in a roof panel; front sleds and rear sleds moving on guide rails disposed at both sides of the roof panel; and front carriages and rear carriages fixed to both ends of the front and rear glass panels, respectively, to integrally move with the glass panels, in which when the dual sunroof is tilted, the front sleds and the rear sleds are moved backward to respectively come in contact with supports formed at first ends of the front carriages and supports formed at first ends of the rear carriages.
Arrangement for a movable roof element for a motor vehicle and system for a motor vehicle
An arrangement for a movable roof element (101) for a motor vehicle (100) has: a carriage (103) which is designed to be guided in a rail (104) and to be moved relative to the rail (104) and which has a first component (105) and a second component (106), and a drive cable (107), wherein the second component (106) at least partially surrounds the first component (105) and the drive cable (107) in order to form a coupling (108) between the drive cable (107) and the carriage (103), wherein the coupling (108) has: a roughening (109) of the first component (105) in order to form a non-positive and/or integrally bonded connection between the first (105) and the second (106) component.
SUNROOF DEVICE
This sunroof device is provided with a roof that has: a roof panel formed with an opening; and a front panel and a rear panel that close the opening. In addition, a recessed section that is recessed downward is formed in a center portion in the vehicle width direction at a rear end portion of the roof.
Sunroof device for vehicle
A vehicle sunroof apparatus includes check mechanisms each including a rotary cam and a fixed cam. The fixed cam includes a switch guide which switches the check mechanism between an engaged state and a disengaged state. The switch guide allows advancement of the rotary cam which is at an advancement and retraction rotary position, pushes the rotary cam to a first rotary position, and further pushes the rotary cam to a second rotary position, the check mechanism is thereby switched to the engaged state. The switch guide pushes the rotary cam to a release preparation position, further pushes the rotary cam to the advancement and retraction rotary position, the check mechanism is thereby switched to the disengaged state. The fixed cam includes an initialization guide that pushes the rotary cam to the release preparation position.
Sliding roof system for a motor vehicle
A sliding roof system including a support frame, a front movable roof part and a rear roof part, wherein the front roof part is shiftable between a closed position, an obliquely erected ventilation position and an open position in which the front roof part is positioned over the rear roof part. The front guide lever has a lower guide joint which is guided in a guide path, which is curved downwards on the front side, of the guide rail arrangement in such a manner that, in the ventilation position of the roof part, the guide slide is held in the guide path in a self-locking manner with respect to shifting of the control slide.
SUNROOF DEVICE
This disclosure is directed to a sunroof device having a window frame assembly, a pair of linkage assemblies, a panel assembly, a first electrical connector and a second electrical connector. The window frame assembly has a pair of rails. The linkage assemblies are disposed on the rails respectively. The panel assembly is disposed on the pair of linkage assemblies. The first electrical connector on the window frame assembly has a plugging slot and an opening, the opening is located at a side of the first electrical connector and extended to a top of the first electrical connector. The second electrical connector on the panel assembly has a conductive terminal. When the panel assembly rotates, the conductive terminal is plugged in the plugging slot through the opening and movable with the panel assembly in the opening.
PINCH DETECTION SYSTEM
An open-roof assembly for a vehicle roof comprises a moveably arranged closure member having a drive assembly and a control unit with a pinch detection unit. The pinch detection unit comprises a first pinch detection system, a second pinch detection system and a predetermined reference. Each of the first and second pinch detection systems comprises a tracker module configured to compare the movement of the closure member and the reference, the tracker module allowing a tolerance between movement and reference; a deviation module configured to determine a deviation, if the tolerance is exceeded; and pinch determination module configured to determine that a pinch occurs, if the deviation in movement exceeds a threshold. The tolerance of the first pinch detection system is smaller than the tolerance of the second pinch detection system. The threshold of the first pinch detection system is higher that the threshold of the second pinch detection system.
