Provided is a hard-top loose-leaf plate structure device for a rear compartment of a pickup truck which includes: a main aluminum extrusion strip; a right aluminum extrusion strip which is inserted in a right circular slot on the right of the main aluminum extrusion strip and is freely rotated at 90° or placed flat at 180° on a right circular lug of the main aluminum extrusion strip; a left aluminum extrusion strip which is inserted in a left circular slot on the left of the main aluminum extrusion strip and is freely rotated at 90° or placed flat at 180° on a left circular lug of the main aluminum extrusion strip; and a T-fixing strip.

Herewith is a truck cap for removably covering a vehicle bed. The truck cap includes a first and second cover member extending between a cab and a tailgate of the vehicle. The cover members are pivotably connected to driver and passenger side panels which adjoin the vehicle bed. The cover members pivot between an open position and a closed position. Raised portions are formed along the top surfaces and extend over abutting edges of the cover members opposite the pivot edges. The abutting edges are in abutment when the cover members are in the closed position, such that the raised portions interlock to cover the abutting edges. The cover members are preferably formed of a plastic material by a rotational molding process.

A cover assembly for covering a bed of a vehicle has a first panel fixedly attached to a bed of the vehicle and at least one movable panel adapted to pivot between an open position and a folded position. The cover assembly also includes a pair of rails attached to a pair of sidewalls of the vehicle. Each rail includes a first portion engaged with a sidewall and a second portion defining a catch therebetween. The cover assembly also includes a lock assembly for locking the movable panel in the open position. The lock assembly includes a lock member adapted to move between a lock position and an unlock position. In the lock position, the lock member is engaged with the catch and locks the movable panel in the open position. In the unlock position, the lock member is arranged away from the catch.

A tonneau cover for use on a cargo box of a pick-up truck is provided. The tonneau cover may include at least one panel and a latching assembly located on the at least one panel. The latching assembly selectively secures and releases the at least one panel. The latching assembly includes at least one shoe. The at least one shoe is configured for moving at least a portion of the latching assembly to release the at least one panel. The at least one shoe is movable between an extended use position and a retracted stowed position with respect to the at least one panel. And the at least one shoe is spring biased to its extended use position.

A shutter couples to an upper part of a cargo bed by left and right tracks mounted on left and right side walls of the cargo bed. A tailgate is mounted on a rear end of the cargo bed. A bed liner seal member is provided on rear ends of the left and right side walls. A touch member provided on a rear part of the shutter makes elastic contact with the bed liner seal member when the shutter is fully extended. A shutter seal member provided on the shutter makes elastic contact with the tailgate. A tailgate seal member provided on the tailgate makes elastic contact with the bed liner seal member. First and second seal beads on an upper surface are provided on an upper wall of a protrusion of the bed liner seal member. The touch member touches the first and second seal beads.

Described is a truck toolbox-bed cover interface constructed to seals the cargo area of a vehicle between a truck bed cover and a storage container, where the truck toolbox-bed cover interface does not obstruct access to the handles on the back side of a storage container. Some implementations can include a toolbox integrated with a truck toolbox-bed cover interface, a bedcover integrated with a truck toolbox-bed cover interface, and a complete integrated assembly including a toolbox, a bedcover, and a truck toolbox-bed cover interface. Some implementations can include a toolbox with a cooler rail or a tactical rail.

The flatbed enclosure is an apparatus that provides a comfortable and secure environment within a truck. The apparatus includes a first bed cover, a second bed cover, a first side rack, a second rack, and a truck bed. The first bed cover and the second bed cover uphold the first side rack the second side rack, respectively, as well as open and close the truck bed. The first side rack and the second side rack serve as a rack to secure and uphold various items while in a retracted configuration. The first side rack and the second side rack also serve as a bench while in an extended configuration. The apparatus further includes a hydraulic locking mechanism that automatically retracts and extends the first bed cover and the second bed cover. The truck bed upholds the first bed cover, the second bed cover, a variety of items, and individuals.

A hinge assembly for a tonneau cover. The hinge assembly allows panels of the tonneau cover to be folded on top of one another and includes a pivot frame having an engagement side and a pivot side. The engagement side of the pivot frame is configured to engage one end of a panel of the tonneau cover and pivot side of the pivot frame includes at least one recess defined therein. The hinge assembly also includes a pivot component having a pivot with at least one recess defined therein. A hinge member, having first and second ends, is pivotally engaged with the pivot frame and the pivot component in the respective recesses thereof through the first and second ends.

A tonneau cover assembly that selectively covers a truck bed of a truck is provided. The tonneau cover assembly includes a cover and a longitudinally extending rail located adjacent a sidewall of the truck bed. The longitudinally extending rail includes an attachment member. The attachment member extends longitudinally along with the rail and at least a portion of the attachment member is located over a portion of the bed. The cover includes a stiffener located adjacent the attachment member of the longitudinally extending rail.

A rack for a truck, SUV or vehicle is disclosed herein which allows the user to lift a load above a roof of the vehicle. The load can be secured to the roof via the rack. Rotating rails are attached to a stationary rails. The stationary rails are mounted to the roof of the vehicle. A basket may be traversably slideable from the rotating rails to the stationary rails. The rotating rails may be lifted up after loading a basket to also lift the basket and the load up and allow the basket to slide onto the stationary rails. Once the basket and load are on the stationary rails, the basket is locked into place with a lock so that the load remains in place while the user is driving.
