Provided is a hybrid power system, which is composed of an engine (10) and a motor (20). A motor stator (20) of the motor is connected with a drive shaft (40) of a motor vehicle through a transmission mechanism, so that the motor stator can also rotate relative to the chassis and other structures of the motor vehicle, thus, the hybrid power system composed of the engine and the motor can meet the application of various working conditions such as starting, idling, forwarding and reversing of the motor vehicle, and the number of parts of the hybrid system is greatly reduced, thereby simplifying the overall structure of the hybrid power system.

Power train for pumps, energy generation systems or similar and method for starting up a power train of this type

Disclosed is a power train including a drive shaft of a working machine, a drive machine and a differential gear with three drives or power take-offs, wherein one power take-off can be connected to the drive shaft, a first drive can be connected to the drive machine and a second drive can be connected to the differential gear. One drive can be connected simultaneously to the other drive or to the power take-off.

Electric device control method and electric device

In an electric device control method and an electric device of the present invention, during a period in which a rotational speed of an internal combustion engine shifting from a non-combustion mode to a combustion mode is decreased to a rotational speed within a predetermined rotational-speed range by a first electric motor connected to the internal combustion engine, a torque generated by the internal combustion engine is set lower than a required torque within the predetermined rotational-speed range for the internal combustion engine in the combustion mode.

CONTROL APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
20230242089 · 2023-08-03 ·

A control apparatus for a vehicle that includes an engine, an electric motor and a clutch provided between the engine and the electric motor. An engine-start delay control is executed in a case in which a requested drive amount is realized by only a torque of the electric motor and a first starting manner is being selected as an engine starting manner. Then, in a case in which a predetermined time elapses from initiation of the engine-start delay control, the engine-start delay control is terminated and the engine is started in the first starting manner. On the other hand, in a case in which the engine starting manner is switched from the first starting manner to a second starting manner before the predetermined time elapses from the initiation of the engine-start delay control, the engine-start delay control is terminated and the engine is started in the second starting manner.

Vehicle

A vehicle includes: a low voltage battery constituted by a lithium-ion battery, the low voltage battery supplying an electric power to an electric component mounted to a vehicle; a high voltage battery constituted by a lithium-ion battery, the high voltage battery having an output voltage higher than an output voltage of the low voltage battery; a first rotating electrical machine that operates by an electric power supplied from the high voltage battery, the first rotating electrical machine generating a torque for driving the vehicle; and a second rotating electrical machine for starting the engine. The second rotating electrical machine operates by an electric power supplied from the high voltage battery.

HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE

A hybrid electric vehicle includes an engine including a cylinder and a spark plug, a motor, a clutch provided between the engine and the motor, and a control device configured to start combustion in the engine by supplying electric power to the spark plug while cranking the engine via the clutch using the motor when a start request for the engine is issued. The control device includes a measuring unit configured to measure a power supply time of the spark plug in cranking of the engine, a count unit configured to count a long-time power supply number which is the number of times the power supply time is equal to or greater than a predetermined first time, and a correction unit configured to correct a cranking torque necessary for cranking the engine and required for the motor such that the cranking torque increases as the long-time power supply number increases.

Hybrid Transmission for a Motor Vehicle

A hybrid transmission (10) for a motor vehicle with an internal combustion engine (VM) and an electric prime mover (EM1) is provided. The hybrid transmission (10) includes a first transmission input shaft (14) for a first sub-transmission, a second transmission input shaft (16) for a second sub-transmission, at least one countershaft (18), multiple gear change devices (A-F) for engaging gear steps (E1, E2, 1, 2, 3, 4), and idler gears and fixed gears arranged in multiple gear set planes for forming the gear steps. A portion of the gear steps are engageable for the internal combustion engine, and a portion of the gear steps are engageable for the electric prime mover. At least one of the gear steps is engageable for the internal combustion engine and for the electric prime mover regardless of the gear step engaged for the particular other machine.

VEHICLE CONTROL DEVICE

A vehicle control device includes a motor, a transmission unit, a temperature sensor that detects a temperature of the motor, a vehicle speed sensor that detects a vehicle speed, and a controller. The controller controls switching of the transmission unit based on a first temperature determined in accordance with the vehicle speed as the temperature at which the transmission unit is switched from connection to disconnection, and a second temperature determined in accordance with the vehicle speed as the temperature at which the transmission unit is switched from the disconnection to the connection. The first temperature decreases as the vehicle speed increases. The controller switches the transmission unit from the connection to the disconnection based on the first temperature, and then switches the transmission unit from the disconnection to the connection based on the second temperature.

Systems and methods for operating a driveline of a hybrid vehicle are described. In one example, a torque of an engine is adjusted in response to an error between an actual electric machine torque and a minimum electric machine torque plus an offset torque. The reduction of engine torque may be performed when a driveline is operating in a speed control mode.
