Bearing housing structure and dual-bearing reel
A bearing housing structure includes a bearing, a lid part and a supporting part. The bearing rotatably supports spool shaft. The lid part is opposite an end surface of the spool shaft and extends in a direction that intersects the spool shaft. The supporting part houses and supports the bearing and holds the lid part to oppose the end surface of the spool shaft. The supporting part includes a bearing hole and a lid hole, the bearing hole having the bearing inserted thereinto and removed therefrom, and the lid hole has a portion of the lid part inserted thereinto and removed therefrom in a direction intersecting the spool shaft and a direction along the lid part, and the lid part closes an opening of the bearing hole such that the lid part is held by the lid hole of the shaft supporting portion.
Spincast Reels
A spincast reel having a central body having a front cover, a rear cover, a foot extending from the rear cover and adapted to be connected to a fishing pole; an opening on the front cover adapted to receive a fishing line; a spool hub; a handle connected to the central body; a transversal shaft connected to the handle; a main shaft extending axially through the spool hub; bushings, a drive gear, and a pinion gear operatively connected to the transversal shaft, the bushings, the drive gear, and the pinion gear rotate the transversal shaft; a first pickup pin and a second pickup pin located inside the spool hub, the first and the second pickup pins located diametrically opposed to each other; and the first and the second pickup pins move parallel to the fishing pole towards the front cover in a first position and towards the rear cover in a second position.
Handle assembly for spinning reel and spinning reel
A handle assembly for a spinning reel includes a handle, a handle shaft, and a tubular member. The handle is configured to be rotated by a user. The handle shaft includes a distal-end portion screwed to a tubular gear shaft disposed in a gear that is built into a reel body, and a base-end portion onto which the handle is attached. The tubular member covers the handle shaft, the handle shaft has a flange between the distal-end portion and the base-end portion and at a position spaced apart from the base-end portion, and the tubular member has a first portion abutting the flange and a second portion abutting a shaft bearing of the gear shaft.
FISHING COMPONENT AND METHOD OF COLORING FISHING COMPONENT
A fishing component includes a first end portion, a second end portion and an intermediate portion extending between the first and second end portions. The first end portion has a surface on which a first dye is disposed. The second end portion has a surface which is free of the first dye or on which the first dye is disposed with a smaller amount than the first dye disposed on the surface of the first end portion. The intermediate portion includes a gradation portion having a surface on which the first dye decreases in amount from the first end portion toward the second end portion. The gradation portion has a length greater than or equal to 20 mm in a dye gradation direction extending from the first end portion toward the second end portion.
Fishing reel
A fishing reel includes: a reel body; a spool supported by the reel body so as to be rotatable; a handle attached to the reel body so as to be rotatable; a first rotation transmission mechanism that transmits, to the spool, a driving force due to rotation of the handle; a motor power unit that generates a driving force that rotates the spool; a second rotation transmission mechanism that transmits the driving force of the motor power unit to the spool; and an operation unit that is disposed outside the reel body and changes the driving force of the motor power unit, wherein the operation unit is configured to be set at a position desired by a user so as to be usable.
Spincast reels
A spincast reel having a central body having a front cover, a rear cover, a foot extending from the rear cover and adapted to be connected to a fishing bole; an opening on the front cover adapted to receive a fishing line; a spool hub; a handle connected to the central body; a transversal shaft connected to the handle; a main shaft extending axially through the spool hub; bushings, a drive gear, and a pinion gear operatively connected to the transversal shaft, the bushings, the drive gear, and the pinion gear rotate the transversal shaft; a first pickup pin and a second pickup pin located inside the spool hub, the first and the second pickup pins located diametrically opposed to each other; and the first and the second pickup pins move parallel to the fishing pole towards the front cover in a first position and towards the rear cover in a second position.
Dual-bearing reel
A dual-bearing reel includes a spool, a spool shaft, a spool supporting portion, a reel body, a rotating member, and a retaining member. The spool supporting portion is configured to support an end side of the spool shaft. The rotating member is disposed between the reel body and the spool supporting portion. The rotating member is rotatably arranged with respect to the spool supporting portion to detachably attach the spool supporting portion to the reel body. The retaining member is disposed between the spool supporting portion and the spool axis. The retaining member is configured to engage the spool supporting portion and the rotating member and prevent the rotating member from detaching from the spool supporting portion.
DUAL-BEARING REEL
A dual-bearing reel is described. A clutch mechanism transmits and interrupts the rotational force of the reel handle to the reel spool. A clutch-operating member is movably supported by the reel body between a first position and a second position, and is biased toward the first position. A clutch control mechanism includes a clutch cam that rotates only in one direction each time the clutch-operating member moves from the first to the second position. The clutch control mechanism alternately switches the clutch mechanism to the transmitting state and the interrupting state by rotation of the clutch cam. A clutch return mechanism returns the clutch to the transmitting state by rotation of the handle when the clutch mechanism is in the interrupting state. A regulating member regulates operation of the clutch return mechanism when the clutch mechanism is in the interrupting state by movement of the clutch-operating member.
